The service is excellent with polite and knowledgeable staff however if you want to have a walk nearby there is not many places you can go apart from a shopping mall some 15 min walk away

I booked 3 rooms. 2 of the bathrooms flooded after shower. Receptionist not very helpful. Will not stay in this hotel again

Everything you can expect from Westin standards, you will not be disappointed. The beds and pillows were comfy. The bathrooms were very big with separate bath tubs and rain-showers. All amenities were quality products and food was decent too.

The hotel is fairly new and the rooms were spotless clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the bathrooms were huge with a separate bath and shower. All as can be expected to Westin standards. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

The room was generally well laid-out although the study table was placed in front of the TV. The toilet was Hugh with a good view but that left the bedroom with only a small window

“new hotel, but Chinese food soso”

on conference there. Lobby Lounge serves tea and coffee of high quality, great for meetings in quiet surroundings. Qbar was always empty but very well managed by a German. Cigars if you fancy it. great for after/work events. hotel is basically new and rooms are just so comfi. reception staff always there and helpful, even when we needed to borrow some cash.

“Wonderful Anniversary”

It was only for one night, but we experienced most of what the Westin has to offer - from the swimming pool and spa, to the restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and everyone greets you with a smile. The concierge service was amazing and made for a very special stay (thanks Jeremias and Jennifer).

it is a biz trip for me, the hotel provided very good inhouse serices and options for a biz traveler like dining and gym services, you don't even have to remember to take your jogging shoes for a complete workout during a the busy schedule. the front desk staff is very well trained and is able to taylor make the accommendation plan for a single female business traveler. i enjoyed my stay this time very much!

“Hotel with great service”

The service is great. Staff are helpful. Initially was told that the price did not include wifi access in room but was sorted out. Just be careful.

we were going to stay at the wyndham but it became the swiss hotel. so we opted for the new westin (only open about 6 months according to them). great value through agoda, very comfortable room and great service.

Nice 5 stay hotel but the service level does not live up to 5 star standard although the name Westin is branded. However, the room is very clean. Only issue they charge half day if exceed 1pm check out. Very mean

Nice location to shopping region. Wifi chargable and late check out 1pm is also charging half day rate. Very typical 5 star hotel but the service level is not up to 5 star level compare to Hilton.
