“リピーターです”
仕事での行き先がそのホテルから４～５Kmなのでまた泊まりました。地下鉄２号線「唐鎖」駅から徒歩で７～８分程の距離にあります。相変わらず全体的に綺麗！朝食も美味しいです。 ラウンジ付きのプランですが何故か（以前から）まだラウンジが使えない！と言われ１Fのコーヒー＋軽食が出来る所に利用させてもらいました。 今回も部屋がアップグレードされて、また１回分だけですが宿泊が2人しか予約していないにも関わらず軽食を3人分利用していいよ と言われて同僚も大変助かりました。本当に有り難く思います！ ただ今回Check-out時、同じ軽食を利用している時間帯に別の日本食レストランにも利用したと言われ料金を請求されて１０分程有り得ない事を説明したら最終的に了承を得ました。大した金額ではないが自分が利用したなら払いますが同時間帯で軽食を３人で食べているにも関わらず自分だけが日本食レストランに利用されていたと有り得ない事が生じていた！ 今後もまた利用したいホテルなのでしっかりしていただきたく思います。

“ホテル自体がまだ新しい！”
前泊スイートルームの続きなので部屋を変更せずアップグレードしてくれて広めの部屋のままで有難かった！。ホテル自体が新しく綺麗ですがサービス水準も高めて欲しい。 カーテン類は電動でしたので少し感動した。水圧、排水も問題なし。だが夜のお湯の出が遅い（朝方は１分程度でお湯がでますが）、夜になると２０～３０分程度開けっ放しにしないとお湯が出ない！ アメニティ類も揃っているし、スリッパもある。朝食も問題なし。 敢えて言うのであれば（１）部屋内の空調が利かない。外気温が１６～２０度くらいで肌寒いが室内は暑い！１８度に設定してもまだまだ暑い！（２）浴室内にタオル掛け又は専用の棚が有って欲しい（ホテルの写真では有ったものの、自分の部屋内に無かったので適当に椅子の上とかに置いて使った）。 プールは有りましたが少し小さめ。６～７人位利用すると避けなきゃならない！しかも部屋から直接行けない。途中でエレベーターを乗り換える必要があるので１回しか使ってなかった。受付に男６～７人が何故かいつも立っている！B1にSPAも有りましたが内容が大したことがない！ でも行き先が近くなので機会があればまた利用したいとは思います。

“まぁ～まぁ～のホテル”
2号線の駅から少し歩きます（１０分程度）。夜だと真っ暗！途中で建て掛けのビルなどはあるがまだ出来ていないし、明りも余りないので初心者にはお勧めできません。空港とホテル間はシャトルバスが運行しているそうですが便数が少ない上事前に予約をしないと迎いに来てくれない！ Welcome Drinkも無かったし、Club Loungeが使えると書いて有りましたがLoungeが閉まって（理由を聞きましたが分からないと、いつ再開するかも不明だと！）いて利用できなかった！Agodaさんその事把握していれば早く教えて欲しいですね。その代わりに１Fのバー内で無料の（決まっているメニューのみ）食事を提供してくれた！無いよりましだけど、Lounge とは違うでしょう！ ホテル自体が新しいので部屋内もまだまだ綺麗！ただ掃除が行き届かない！従業員の女性の髪の毛が残ってたし、浴室内の掃除を忘れたか、先日と同じくらいの床に髪の毛（自分の）が残ったまま！ 朝食は美味しいけどやはり従業員に問題あり！食べている途中（見れば分かるはず）で別の物を取りに行って戻ったら先までの食べ掛けが綺麗に無くなっている。その様な習慣なのか中国人達は１度に沢山の食事を持って来るし、食べきれなくても残したまま帰ってしまう。そうであれば「また利用する」「まだ、食べ掛けだよ」のような分かり易い「カード」でも準備してくれればいいのに。。。と思った。勿体ないとは思わないのかな？（自分だけがそう思っているかな？） しかし行き先がそのホテルの近くなのでまた利用したいとは思っています。

“居心地の良いホテル”
広い部屋、朝食メニューが豊富、設備が新しい部屋は設備が新しく、広々とした居心地の良いホテルでした。 スタッフのサービス対応も親切で、英語での会話が可能です。 レストランの朝食・夕食のメニューが豊富で、味もサービスも良かったですが、現地で支払うと非常に高価ですので、食事つきのプランでの予約をお勧めします。（特に夕食付きのプランがお勧めです。） １階に銀行の自動両替機とクレジットカード会社のＡＴＭがあり、特に銀行の自動両替機は、ほぼ為替レートどおりの交換率で現地通貨への両替が可能であり、同時に両替証明書も発行されましたのでとても便利でした。 ホテルへの移動手段は、最寄りの地下鉄「唐鎮駅」から徒歩で15分程度ですが、タクシー乗り場は無く、白タクの呼び込みがあるのみで、やや不便な立地でした。また、夜間の徒歩での移動は、駅からホテルの間に人通りがほとんど無いためお勧めできません。得に、荷物が多い場合や子供との旅行の場合は、近隣の駅からタクシーを利用するほうがベターです。

部屋がとても広くて清掃も行き届いていたので全体的には満足です。シャワーの水圧さえ強ければ完璧でした…。まあ値段から考えると我慢できるレベルです。地理はディズニーと空港から近いのでディズニー目当てであれば十分かと思います。ディズニーと空港の送迎バスはフロント横のサービスデスクで予約でき、無料でした。ただアーリーでパークに入りたい場合はタクシーで行った方が良さそうです。上海はタクシーも安いので便利でした。市内中心地までも最寄りの地下鉄までタクシーで300円くらいで行けます。歩けば15分程度です。スタッフは親切でした。

“The most dirtiest hotel I have stayed in my life!!!”
First of all the hotel's shower is full of black mould on the floor and walls. The toilet smells strong urine and the toilet seat has yellow dots which look like urine left on there. Very disgusting!!! We had to ask the cleaners to clean, it looks like a bit better after cleaning but the black mould are still there. So we asked to change to another room. Guess what the same problems appear. We could not suffer this and had to decide to leave and booked in another 5 stars hotel which is super clean and comfortable. At that time it was already 9pm we were so tired. The receptionist told us they cannot refund us and asked us to get refund from Agoda. The facilities in the hotel in general are dated and appears not in a clean condition. Another problem that we booked a free pick up at 5pm at Pudong airport but no bus arrive. We called reception at the hotel, they told us they did not organise any bus for us. We had no choice to take a taxi at our own cost. The distance between the hotel and Pudong Airport is about 30mins by car, which is not close by. Extremely disappointing experience !!! It is not a 5 stars hotel, instead it is no star. Do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!!!!

stay here for 5 days. at first day i was amaze with the hotel quality, next day i got another amaze with the facilities they provided (shuttle bus), then the food what they have also excellent. location near from subway and bus station, whole staff are really exceptional and kind. the important thing, so easy to find street food around. i got Great experience with this Hotel on my journey in Shanghai.

“Perfect location and spacious hotel ”
Room is spacious and self sufficient. Location near a mall which has food choices. Daily bus to and from Disneyland at 7.10am and 1010pm. Hourly bus to and fro PuDong airport. We enjoy our stay overall albeit the room is a bit hot and no aircon (is December).

房间大小、酒店设施、早餐都很不错，附近吃的也不少。位置离浦东机场近，离市中心相当远，打车或者地铁基本都要至少一个小时。如果落地浦东机场去酒店一定要提前约好网约车，机场排队的出租车嫌近会拒载。

“Great mini break”
The Royal Century Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool was great - although being set in the basement next to the parking lot was a bit odd! Also, the elevator system takes some getting used to - for some random reason not all elevators go to each floor which meant walking through reception in a bath robe to change elevators for the pool!!! The food was plentiful and tasty. All in all, a good stay.

“A hotel near Disneyland Shanghai ”
The best point fro this hotel beside the huge room is the location near the Disneyland Shanghai. The hotel provide free shuttle bus to Disneyland at 0730hrs and back at 2130hrs daily. (A good and convenience timing) Also it provide free shuttle bus to and fro Puddong International Airport and the MRT station.

Most of facilities, are goood. But if you will be with family, another hotel is better. No resturant nearby. Only convenient store is front of hotel. But avg score is higher than others...ex. Mercue

Far from city but just half hour from PVG airport. Clean room, nice service, near Metro station (around 1.2km), but nothing surrounding hotel, no nightlife activity/shop.

“Worthwhile”
If I had one small difficulty with this hotel it would be the fact that it is a bit out of the main part of Shanghai, The subway is a good ten minutes walk away and the hotel shuttle bus to the station only runs three or four times a day and has to be booked the day before. Otherwise excellent.

Huge room with two double bed. Roughly 500 sqft. Not exactly close to anything but there is a mall that is 15-20 minute walk.

I booked a double room. The staff updated it to a suite. It is surprised. The room is very big and nice.

“非常に満足”
最寄駅まで少し距離があるのと、観光地までは電車で40分ほどかかりますが、お部屋の清潔さ、スタッフの方の対応、食事、どれもとても満足でした。
