“Good”
Been staying here for 4 or 5 times already, love it. Staffs are nice, boys in front opening the car door are super helpful, should give them some incentive or increase pay for standing outside during the colder months or even when it’s really hot outside

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a really good sleep every single night. Enjoyed the gym facilities too. All in all pretty satisfied.

“Overall good ”
Overall good but no special taking care for regular guests. I have stayed here for at least 4 or 5 times this year but so far no offer for free upgrade, no discount breakfast. Quite disappointing but the hotel room is nice, staffs are generally friendly and facilities are good

Overall are great. Appreciate if could have more vegatarian options (without garlic and onions) and staffs could be more informative (information for sightseeing nearby)

“Not a 5 star hotel ”
Stayed here for business no milk was left in the room for the first 5 days. Had to phone to replenish water as was not put into the room after cleaning. Reception staff do not speak English well. Makes communication difficult. Not enough attention to details

free shuttle bus to canton fair, services are good, 3 different Sheraton hotel (four point, marriot & element) in that same area. Near to metro station but not much shop to walk around nearby.

All very good at the hotel and comfortable.But it is in a quiet area with no shops close by And was annoyed that the swimming pool only opens in May and I couldn't swim when I arrived in April.

“New hotel.... location is really not favourable”
Understand this hotel was newly built in May 2023. Hotel is ok but location is really far from anywhere and everywhere. Its ok for me as business traveler where I dont need to go around places of interests or shopping... but food is really a problem here. Room service or the cafe at the lobby does not serve food. It will take at least 45 mins to have a sandwich or soup. Not much restaurants around, there are 3 hotels interlinked so you may need to go to other hotels to have a decent meal. Cleanliness and service wise, still ok, acceptable.

“A little further away from main city area”
Overall all is good, just a little far from city area like Beijing Road but good if you like quiet area. There is nothing nearby like shops or convenience shop but train station is very near.

Amazing Value for money. You get a lot for under $100 USD a night including buffet breakfast and late checkout. Everything is brand new and well kept.

房間乾淨企理 叫外賣會安排機械人代為運送 早餐款式多，補充快 唯一冷氣到半夜會突然間好像停止運作一樣，很熱（2次每次大概十分鐘） 有小朋友拖鞋也是很貼心

“糟糕的泳池救生員”
入住這酒店由落車幫手開門的員工開始，每一位都表現得很出色，特別是寄存行李部的一位男職員，他細心的為我們提供服務，完全感受到貴酒店的專業態度。但在酒店泳池的兩位黑衣救生員，態度完全相反，我初到泳池時，可能太陽太猛烈的關係，只見他躲在洗手間旁邊的房間玩電話，過了一會，有位白恤衫的職員過去提點他一聲後，他便走出來坐在救生員的高椅上...繼續玩電話，當時泳池裡有大大小小的泳客，但他都沒有理會，如若無人之境。隔天我再到泳池游水，情況也是一樣，是否要等到發生事情才會有改善？
