“全く問題ありません”

必要十分！

“壁”

隣の外国人オバサン２人組の会話(英語)が聞き取れるほど壁が薄い。

“2015/10/18～20まで滞在しました。”

色々なサイトに「喫煙所」「喫煙ルーム」について記載されており、今回滞在先に選びましたが、 一部の方に必要な情報と思い、感じた内容を記載します。 １、喫煙について カナダの法律で喫煙についてとても厳しい事はご存知かと思います。一部レビューに喫煙ルームがあると記載されていますが、結論からいうと一切ありません。館内全てに喫煙出来る場所はありませんので、建物から出て出入り口から６ｍ離れた場所であればどこでも吸えます。ホテル裏口に回転式のドアがあるのですが、ポストみたいな構造になっていますが上段が吸殻入れになっています。そこで吸うのがベストです。主に吸っているのはアジア人ばかりです。むしろ現地人は歩きタバコをしていましたが…。 ２、部屋について 今回の宿泊は１７階でした。１人での旅行でしたので十二分な広さです。むしろなんでこんなに入口が広いのかってぐらい入口が広くて長かったです。ただしシャワーについてですが、固定式のため若干の角度が変わる程度で欧米だな。と思う構造です。浴槽も浅めなので日本の様にお湯を張って入るのはオススメしません。 ３、インターネットについて 有線・無線共にクチコミでは無料になっていますが、有料です。中途半端な１６時間がリミットになっていて、５ドル＋TAXでした。今回は無線ルーター持参でしたので使用はしませんでしたが、宿泊者でも有料なので気をつけてください。迂闊にYesとし、名前・部屋番号をいれると接続されてしまいます。 ４、食事について 初日の朝食だけ利用しました。プランには朝食付きと記載されていたので食べましたが実際は有料で２５ドルとサービス料金みたいなものを取られ朝から３０００円使った状態です。そしてなにより食べ物を選ぶほど何があるってわけではないです。内容としては完全欧米食がメインで、ご飯的な物はお粥とも言えない得体の知れないご飯？だけでした。飲み物はオーダーすれば何かしら飲めますが、有料なのか無料なのかすら不明です。定番のベーコン・ハム・スクランブルエッグとパン、コーンフレーク程度と思ってください。これならホテル隣にある朝マックの方が全然良いです。 ５、日本人なら拘る設備について 当然ながらシャワートイレ（TOTOでいうならウォシュレット）なんてありません。スリッパもありませんので持参をオススメします。ファブリーズ的なものもなし。小型のシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープがあるだけで他の物は一切ありませんでした。ミネラルウォーターが２本ありますが１本３ドルもしました。 ６、その他 ホテル近くで入手しようと思ってもコンビニはロブソン通りまで行かないとありません。 そしてホテル近隣にあるちょっとしたショップは夜間は全て閉まってしまうので、夕方以降にチェックインする際は、少しあるく覚悟をした方がいいかもしれません。 英語が話せる方であれば不自由はありませんが、日本語が話せるスタッフは一切いませんでした。 エレベーターのボタンは特殊で説明が最初は必要です。階数指定は乗る前に選択し、指定されたカゴに乗るのがこのホテルの仕組みです。一度説明を聞けば英語がわからない方でも理解出来ると思います。 （しっかりとチェックイン時に英語で説明をしてくれていますが）

“好立地の高層ホテル”

バンクーバーマラソン参加のためやってきました。 このホテルを選んだ第一の理由はマラソンゴール地点から近いということです(笑) それは非常に助かりましたが、それ以外でも買い物や食事など、どこに行くにも便利でした。 エレベーターがタッチパネルなのは驚きました。 朝チェックアウト時のエレベーター待ち時間が少々長かったです。 部屋は32階のツインベッドルーム。 広さは申し分なく、眺望も素晴らしかったです。 アメニティも一通りそろっていました。 スリッパはありませんでしたが、欧米ホテルではよくあることなので持参していったため特に問題なかったです。 ホテル1階にスタバ店舗が入っていることもあり、部屋でスタバのコーヒーが無料で飲めるのは嬉しかったです。

立地もよく、スタッフの対応も迅速で申し分なし。エレベーターが通常のホテルとは違うが説明も丁寧にしてくれるので問題なし。

“結婚記念日を事前に連絡していたのに何もなくてがっかり”

立地条件はバンクーバー市内どこに行くのもアクセスがよく良かったです。 ただ事前予約の際に結婚記念日を連絡しましたが、過去記念日でのホテル滞在ではじめて何もなく agoda予約でのサービスなしに正直がっかり。 また部屋も隣人の音楽、会話が丸聞こえの部屋へ通され部屋の交換をお願いした位です。

“ロケーションの抜群なホテルです。”

スカイトレインのバラード駅のすぐ横にある便利なホテルです。　大型ホテルなのでビジネスライクな感じですが特に問題はありません。　 部屋も広くゆったりしているので出張等で滞在中もゆっくりできると思います。 ラグジャリーな旅を希望する場合はあまりお勧めしませんがビジネスホテルとしての高級感はあります。

Very good location, room service was great, hot tub was great too, and the sauna room looks cute and comfortable, will come back next time!

高校の修学旅行以来、10年以上振りに利用させて頂きました。スカイトレインの駅も隣だし、バス停も目の前、キャピラノブリッジや、ウィスラーへ行くバスがホテル裏手に停まるので、大変便利でした。ロブソンストリートにも程近く、スタンレーパークへ行くのはちょっとバス使いたいかなという距離です。アルカリイオン水のウォーターステーションが特定の階にあるので、ボトルを何本か用意すると良いかと思います。部屋は十分に広く、ベッドも快適でした。お風呂がやはり浅いのは致し方なしですね。ケトルとか部屋に何もないので、必要なものはフロントへ連絡かチャットして持ってきてもらう感じでした。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Best describe, heart of downtown. Beside skytrain station. Alot of bus stop near the hotel that could take you to differ tourist stop. Don't like the front desk staff look like a Chinese, who's is kind of rude in answering!

I stayed here for a week. Service here was top-notch. I was greeted kindly by the reception and thankfully she was able to upgrade my room to a higher floor. Housekeeping was also amazing, my room was always perfect when I return to my room. The hotel is also very convenient to the train stations.

駅近で立地もよく、観光　買い物は便利でした。オプショナルツアーのバスもほぼピックアップしてもらえたので助かりました。 洗濯をするために徒歩15分位のコインランドリーに行きました。設備の表記にランドリーとあり、ハイアットリージェンシーハワイでは洗濯が出来たので洗濯設備があると思っていたので、コインランドリーとランドリーサービスの表記が明確だといいかなと思いました。

It's very convenient to transport from airport to Hyatt regency Vancouver. There are variety your required around Hotel.

Nice hotel with facilities plus convenient. However the roller bed needs to be updated. Staff is aware of this and said time to upgrade. 👍

“Grossly overpriced”

This hotel is so overpriced that there isn't even complimentary water in the room. In fact, I would argue that the note on the bottles that were in the room is actually intentionally designed to deceive you into thinking it's intended for free, only to reveal on closer inspection it's $10 CAD. If your work place is covering the stay, then go for it. If you're paying out of pocket for the same price you'll get much better elsewhere. And by elsewhere I mean literally around the corner in the exact same neighbourhood. Disappointing stay, I'm glad it was brief.

“2 adults and 5 small kids”

We stayed on 2 rooms beside each other.. The rooms are clean and big enough for us. The location is fantastic, Burrard sky train station just beside it, McDonalds and Tim Hortons on the other side and there is no need to step outside as they are all connected. They do have a Restaurant also. There is also a Chinese restaurant in the same complex. Waterfront is a few blocks away, Pacific Center, a shopping mall is also a few blocks away. Parking is on 3 levels on the basement but you cant drive in if your vehicle is over 6 foot.

“Location and Convenience”

We got last minute rates which turned out to be very affordable! Hotel room is very spacious and it has a mini pantry area. Location is great as it is walking distance to Canada Place, Coal Harbour and Gastown. Train station right beside the hotel.

Location is good, rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is nice. But overall I feel it was too expensive for what it was.

A bit on the expensive side, and did not come with complimentary drinks, unless you're a member of the Hyatt app. Location was superb as it's in downtown proper and near a Skytrain station, as well as malls. Room was bigger than expected, but cleanliness could have been improved. Overall, satisfied with my stay, but not a 5-star stay.
