“Great for an overnight for flights ”
Location is good. They will charge you $25 to store your luggage for 5 hours. They were unable to get us a late checkout ( we were happy to pay for it) For two or more travelers taking an Uber is the same cost as the train.

“Moderate experience ”
The hotel is good, however the staff is kind of rude. We requested side by side but what they provide us is not opposite but is literally side by side but the door is a small distance away. The carpark is far.

“Close to the airport good for an early flight”
It’s close to the airport so great for an early flight but there is no shuttle. Be prepared for airplane noise or skytrain noise. The beds are old and squishy but the staff was great.

Nice clean room and convenient right on Sky Train. However, doors and walls are paper thin which made it hard to sleep. Also, the added resort fee is an annoyance - why not include in the room price???

“Excellent stay”
I had a late flight that got me in too late to catch the ferry. It was a super easy, short connection on the Skytrain from YVR. My room was clean and the staff were friendly... I would definitely stay again.

“Would have been great in 1980's”
Check in was slow, only 1 person on the desk at 8 pm.Was advised there would be staff at reception at 3 .30 am when we would check out and get a taxi for the airport. That was not the case.no one was on duty. The place is very dated.Carpets are tired as is the decor.the rooms were spacious enough, but did not have 1 usb port- another clear sign it needs an update. The shower bath combo had the old nylon shower curtain , a real throw back.we had asked for walk in showers due to an elderly traveller, and knee issues for the 2nd room I had booked, and got neither, nor was i advised they couldn't accommodate our requests when I made the booking via Agoda.Find another hotel near the airport.

“Good but not great”
Everything was ok, soundproofing and service needs to improve. Everything is expensive in Vancouver, include the meal in the hotel. The quality and of the room need to be upgraded.

We had a great stay here! Plenty of amenities, places to eat, and things to do. The casino was great also! Parking signage could be a bit better to self park, but that was the only confusing thing to find. Everything else was wonderful!

“Nice respect with a cool water slide for my teens!”
I’ll definitely be back to enjoy this resort. My teens loved it. There’s a cool water slide, nice and clean fitness center, spa and work a night market that is walking distance from the hotel. My family and I came last year, we’re back again this year and plan to make it a tradition to come back to this resort each summer.

“Never staying there again”
The exchanges with the staff was one of my worst experiences ever. Everyone was extremely short and acted as if you were bothering them. They even brushed me off like I wasn’t even a person. I believe it was enough for most peoples vacation to be ruined.

super friendly staff, room was clean and had a hair dryer, they gave us a very nice pet bed for our dog, I was so happy to find a pet friendly hotel! only minor issue was the fridge didn't keep our drinks or snacks cold. everything else about the stay was awesome, and room service was great too.

“Good stay”
We had a suite with a river view. Very clean hotel and casino. Hotel room was nicely outfitted and appears mix of modern and traditional. Staff was friendly. The only complaint is the bathrooms are inside the casino floor which makes the extra step of checking ID to use a hassle.

“For sure will stay again”
We booked with this hotel for a few times, but all were cancelled for some reason. Last night was our first time and found it is very nice place. We like it well prepared in the room for coffee, tea, fridge and a safe. The bathroom is big and 2 safely bars in the bath tub. Water was strong coming down from the shower head. Nice big bath towels. The king bed was not very hard and must be rotating all the time because no 2 hollow body shapes on the mattress. Over all it was very good to bad only stayed for one night

Very convenient location - connected to Bridgeport Station, just a couple of stops from the airport. Well appointed room. Modern & quiet. Only negative was being charged a resort fee on check in.

“Resort extra fee unexpected”
This resort hotel does not have many choices for eating and entertainment. Room was clean and quiet. I was asked to pay the extra resort fee $71 for 3 nights stay when I checked out although I did not use the swimming pool and gym. Staff was not quite friendly when I asked about the resort fees that I did not expect to pay. Convenient location to the airport is the only selling point.

“Reasonable hotel ”
Rooms are a little dated, ni on light control panel at the bed or even outlets. But the room is big and comfy, just across the street from the casino/pool/gym/restaurants. There are not many restaurants in the casino. Terrific location right at Bridgeport for easy skyrail access.

“Be Aware of the Resort Fee Cost!”
From booking with Agoda I understood it would be $11 CAD but in fact I paid almost $18. They also made me sign a $9.00 bill for milk I requested ion the morning to have with my tea. This was subsequently waived when I complained at check out. The bed is great, the room was lovely, totally silent, and so handy for Skytrain when arriving on an evening flight from Bali. But there was nowhere to have a drink other than in the casino, the lounge/restaurant was closed at 9:00 and did not appeal to my taste anyway. The Fairmont provides a far nicer sitting area and decor.
