Generally a good place to stay with great access to the night market. Only issue is the parking lot is a trek to the S hotel.

“Good for airport stop as close to train”
We chose this as walkable to skytrain and traveling with kids without car seats. Eating options are limited for families as many of eating places are inside casino. But pool is cool and works well for quick stop.

Vancouver is expensive - I got a suite with separate bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. 2 TVs so it works for separate sleeping. nice size room. Pool and spa is great! hotel is connected to Skytrain which goes to the outlet centre, then airport, only minutes away or in the other direction, to the heart of the city. Costco nearby, and a bakery, cafe and asian restaurant. We chose to eat at the outlets and the casino food court which had good affordable options. We just needed a base for 3 nights, and are not active people. Casino is good. We are very happy with our choice, as hanging out in a CBD doesn't appeal, and we have limited mobility. This is a good disability choice. My father had a fall in the casino. The staff were fantastic. Can see snow peaked mountains in May. Richmond has a couple of big shopping centres however the outlets satisfied us. Softdrink machine and ice machine on each floor is good, and there is a convenience store and starbucks on the ground floor. Half hour from the city, but we are okay with that. If you are flying in or out, its the PERFECT location for getting to/from.

“Good location and a nice hotel!”
My first time to Vancouver, and I will book this hotel next time if I visit Vancouver again! Room is clean and staffs are nice. The hotel is just next to a Skytrain station, and close to the airport and Richmond, restaurants are in walking distance.

“Great for an overnight for flights ”
Location is good. They will charge you $25 to store your luggage for 5 hours. They were unable to get us a late checkout ( we were happy to pay for it) For two or more travelers taking an Uber is the same cost as the train.

The footbridge directly link to the subway station, just three stops away from the airport. Super convenient. Very good for transition at YVR

“Moderate experience ”
The hotel is good, however the staff is kind of rude. We requested side by side but what they provide us is not opposite but is literally side by side but the door is a small distance away. The carpark is far.

“Good stay”
Comfortable, clean, well equipped and great location to stay. Was only staying in Vancouver for one night, so it made sense to be close to the airport. Easy transport via the train, and was able to visit downtown easily and get to the airport very quickly. Thank you!

“Close to the airport good for an early flight”
It’s close to the airport so great for an early flight but there is no shuttle. Be prepared for airplane noise or skytrain noise. The beds are old and squishy but the staff was great.

“Paper thin doors”
Nice clean room and convenient right on Sky Train. However, doors and walls are paper thin which made it hard to sleep. Also, the added resort fee is an annoyance - why not include in the room price???

“Excellent stay”
I had a late flight that got me in too late to catch the ferry. It was a super easy, short connection on the Skytrain from YVR. My room was clean and the staff were friendly... I would definitely stay again.

“Comfortable & Nice”
We flew to YVR from Europe and stayed at the River Rock. Great location, easy access from the airport. Nice room and very clean. We had a drink in the casino that night. Could use a nicer lounge. Had breakfast in the buffet room but it was a La carte. It was very good.

“Would have been great in 1980's”
Check in was slow, only 1 person on the desk at 8 pm.Was advised there would be staff at reception at 3 .30 am when we would check out and get a taxi for the airport. That was not the case.no one was on duty. The place is very dated.Carpets are tired as is the decor.the rooms were spacious enough, but did not have 1 usb port- another clear sign it needs an update. The shower bath combo had the old nylon shower curtain , a real throw back.we had asked for walk in showers due to an elderly traveller, and knee issues for the 2nd room I had booked, and got neither, nor was i advised they couldn't accommodate our requests when I made the booking via Agoda.Find another hotel near the airport.

“Good but not great”
Everything was ok, soundproofing and service needs to improve. Everything is expensive in Vancouver, include the meal in the hotel. The quality and of the room need to be upgraded.

“Great stay!”
We had a great stay here! Plenty of amenities, places to eat, and things to do. The casino was great also! Parking signage could be a bit better to self park, but that was the only confusing thing to find. Everything else was wonderful!

“Nice respect with a cool water slide for my teens!”
I’ll definitely be back to enjoy this resort. My teens loved it. There’s a cool water slide, nice and clean fitness center, spa and work a night market that is walking distance from the hotel. My family and I came last year, we’re back again this year and plan to make it a tradition to come back to this resort each summer.

The location is close to the airport and the sky train station. It’s a convenient place to go shopping and eating. The room is clean with necessary facilities.

The hotel is clean and feels relatively new, with good facilities and a very convenient location (right next to Bridgeport stn).

“Next to the train station”
It’s a conveniently located next to the train station. We are not keen in casino but it’s around 10 mins by uber to the airport. Nothing much to eat in that area and no other buildings around.
