“Excellent hostel! ”
We booked a double room with a balcony, and it was worth every cent we paid for it! The facilities were very clean and well-kept. The hostel was near a lot of affordable food spots, as well within walking distance to the night markets and Pub Street. The staff were also very helpful, even though they had difficulty in speaking English, they still tried their best to accommodate and aid us.

“I can not recommended this place!!! They tried to take extra money for booked and paioom already!!”
Brak kompetencji managera / właściciela, bałagan i brak organizacji pracy. Zapłacone były z góry 3 noce w pokoju dla 2 osób , przy próbie check in okazało się najpierw , że nie ma tego pokoju , później że muszę dopłacić extra po 3 $ za noc , pokój okazał się być tym , za który wcześniej zapłaciłam , ściany brudne, pościel brudna . Szczerze nie polecam , czekam na zwrot pieniędzy . Please watch out for this place. Management is not kind, not competive, there is a chaos in the system, room was dirty and they wanted extra money for this. Info on booking site is not correct about check in and check out Bitte aufpassen!!! Total unkompetentz, falsche Informatorom bei Webseite. 3 Nächte waren dutch Pay Pal bezhalt und bei check-in die wollen trozt dem noch extra geld - 3$ pro nacht. Liebe suchen was Anders.

“Its okay if youre not pecky”
Cheap price. Its my firstime to experience a mixed hostel room. I met a lot of nationalities and theyre so talkative and nice . Location is great maybe around 3-5mins walk to market and bars. Staff is cool. Facilities? My fan is not working - the aircon inside is not that high too and cambodia is a tropical country. What I dont like is that its really dusty and bathroom is not that clean. Hmmm

“Run down”
Pretty close to most thugs in town which was a plus but it was definitely run down. The staff wasn’t very helpful, we had to ask for toilet paper multiple times, the lights in the common area were not helpful or broken, and it was dirty. Don’t assume the amenities are working either.

“Disappointing”
Although everything was adequate, there were so many little things that could have been improved to offer a much better experience. The overhead fan in our double room looked as if it would fall at any moment, one electric socket did not work, the toilets ran out of toilet paper and the rubbish bins in the stalls were not emptied regularly, the showers could use a good scrubbing, there was no restaurant on the premises as advertised (although many many eating places were close by). The location was the best part , the free hot and cold drinking water was a bonus and the travel desk was helpful, although the tour prices were higher than at other establishments. Overall, I was disappointed with our stay there, especially when others rated this place so highly.

“High quality private room with AC for a good price- kind, friendly family-owned. ”
We stayed in the deluxe room with AC, which was really nice and clean. The AC was good, the bathroom and shower also really clean and good water temp & pressure. I think it is worth the couple extra dollars than the upstairs rooms with only fans. Some of those rooms do have private balconies, but you can hear everything through the walls & even with the fan the room isn't as cool, and the shared bathrooms/showers are not as nice. The family that runs the place is very kind and helpful, and made us feel welcomed and at home.

“So disappointed! ”
We've booked this hotel because of the goods comments we saw. We've booked a private room. When we arrived in the room, there were big spider web at every corner of this room. The water of the shower stayed a long time until it goes. We asked the reception guys to Come and see that. He cleaned the room and took off the hairs stuck in the shower.... The shower was dirty.... We rent a bike at the hotel. The price was 3 dollars whereas in front you can find a better price.... We also aks him to order a tuktuk to go to the temples, but it was much more expensive that the one we have found. Just have to walk 1 minute... They don't provide you the best service... That so sad... There was also a general electricity problem in the city, but when we arrived to the hotel, we saw the reception girl's and she didnt tell us anything. We had the surprise when we were in the room. We were inform by another customer... We don't recommend this hotel... There are a lot you can find in the area...

“Great location ”
The hostel is situated close enough to the center of the bustling city, but on a quieter street so you can relax. The owner is extremely helpful and speaks English, but the rest of the staff cannot. You can find and book everything you need there as far as tours, visa’s and you can even buy a SIM card to have phone and internet service in Cambodia.

“Name says it all”
The place was pretty good. We extended a few night and it got rounded up but it was only 70cents so can you blame then, the building absorbs the heat so the rooms are always cooking and cant seem to get the heat out even at night, it was clean and tidy, a tap was broken and ants had over run it but wasnt a problem as theres 2 sinks. Showers were good,got a hot surprise from the bum gun so test the water first. Staff were helpful, free hot and cold drinking water. Very close to pub street but quiet at night

“Never go back”
The location is good, closes to the night market. I stayed in a standard double bed room upstair. It has a metal rouf, thin walls, a small window, pure facility. It views the roof of other house. It is very hot. There are a lot of mosquito. Toilet usually out of paper. Rest rooms stagnent water. It's terrible. Disapointed and never go back.

“Very helpful owners”
We booked for 2 double rooms. However, when we checked in we were informed that the other room was under repair (construction?) so we were offered 1 double room and the other is in the multiple bed-room. After a few discussion, we agreed with their suggestion. The next day we were surprised that there was no water coming out from the bathroom. We informed the reception (open 24 hours) He told us to use the common bathrooms downstairs instead. Though he seemed sorry for our inconvenience. Though the owners were really helpful. I lost my passport and they offered assistance to locate it and give us information we need. Then, they let us stay at the lobby after we checked out since we were waiting for the sleeper bus. Location is also walking distance only to Pub street!

“Quiet Accomodation in the center”
The Hostel is nice and the staff friendly. Is very quiet and the room and common areas clean. I get the room with a discount of 75% and was perfect; I think that the full rate is overpriced. Is the hostel where you go with your girlfriend/spouse, not the one where you go to meet other backpackers. However, the owner is very friendly and available for everything you need.

-Great location as it is walking distance to Night Market, Pub Street, and city center. Lots or restaurants, streetfoods, atm, money changer, tour operators nearby. FYI.. Road outside hostel is a gravel/dirt road. -Friendly & accommodating staff. -It is not spotlessly clean but someone always sweeps the area. Dust is expected since interior is made of wood/bamboo/rattan. Surprisingly, I had no rhinitis attack in this hostel. -Private room with fan has a small balcony with hammock, nice area to catch sunrise if you're in room 202 (or the other rooms on that side).

“Good reception and information, Friendly and helpful staff”
highly recommend to book tours or shows (angkor wat, oxcarting and cycling, kampong phluk floating village) through the staff at the reception because you might be easily SCAMMED by local drivers and tour guides. super helpful and communicable staff (one of the staff speaks really fluent English) who have helped us with many bookings, settlings issues, and even introducing good places to go. room is spacious and bed is comfortable, just remember to bring mozzie repellents and sunblock and clinical masks (very polluted air). toilet and shower place is clean.

“power out, took over a month for a refund. ”
Booked a single room while I was in Siem Reap on a visa run. Only needed a simple, cheap room with internet and a fan. After arriving in the evening and sleeping it off, I went out for the morning and came back around 12 as it was getting hot and I'd been running around all day. The receptionist told me the power would be back on at 2 (I assumed they turned the power off during the day to save on costs) I napped in my oven room, none of the showers worked. At around 4pm I was told it would be back soon.. It never came back and the guy, who seemed in charge, suggested I try to find a room nearby and he'd refund my 2nd and 3rd night. So that's what I did. It was a little annoying, but these things happen. The refund policy said 10 days, so I waited patiently. After around 12 days I messaged the hotel, but recieved no reply. After contacting Agoda and explaining the situation I eventually received my refund, but not before receiving confusing messages saying my problem was solved and then being told that the hotel are not able to offer you a refund.. With no answer as to why. I had to dig my heals in, do a ton of admin and insist on speaking to a supervisor just to get $18 refunded. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience, and will be switching back to airbnb as their after care, should you need it, is far better.

Room is super small, the location is near to pub street. The staff is friendly and can understand english. Try the airconditioned room, way more better than the fan room that is too small for 2persons.

“WARM and COMFY bed indeed!”
The host is very hands on! They provide tours and tuktuk service at a very reasonable cost. Pub and Night market are just a walking distance.

Pros - the staff specially the owner is tgere always he is hands on and would guide you It is near the pubstreet and night market This is recommended to backpackers of you want cheap place to sleep at and if you are outside most of the time this will be fine But say you want to really relax I won't recommend Cons - I have some issues with the cleanliness of the place, room is a bit fine but the comfort room is not.

The place is perfect and near the city plus the owner was very kind! He was very accomodating and we also booked our bus trip to Bangkok there. They offer lots of options for your travel and tours. The only problem we had is the shower area and bathroom were outside and a few steps from our room but it was really clean. Our overall experience was great and awesome!

Very helpful staff, we check out early to watch Angkor Wat sunrise and after a tiring day, they still allow us to use the shower room in the evening even we already check-out from the hostel. At least we were refresh before travelling the night trip Mekong Express to Phon Penh. Thank you.

“Warm Bed Hostel formerly The Luxury Concept Hostel”
I stayed for 1 night. The place is easily accessible to the pubstreet. For those budget traveller like me will consider this. They do not offer breakfast but the accommodation is cheap as to the 2 star hostel. They also offer booking for different tours or attractions in Cambodia and also, booking of bus to Pnom Penh, Laos, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh. Also the staff and the manager is so accommodating, they will help you about your needs or queries. The manager is also a traveller so he can share ideas where to go within or outside Cambodia. Anyway, the reception is open for almost 24hrs. The bed is large enough for me. The comfort rooms in our room is clean.

We just done all our renovation and upgrading a lot of area in our property after learning a lot from our value customers recommended. Our restaurant just moved from roof top to the ground with air-con due to Cambodia a bit hot during the day time (will reopen very soon). We still keep some part of our roof top with fresh air, sunset view, Sitting area, pool table, public kitchen for our customers use. The staff is very nice and helpful. For me as muslim, to find halal food is near with this hotel, around 5 minutes like that. I would like to stay here again next time. Overall, very goog value and great place to stay. Btw, I'm Shuhada from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

the owner gives us a lot of info that helps us on our tour, the tips that the owner gave us was very good, i am happy that i was able to stay on that place

May & June it is the lowest season of the year for the tourist coming to visit Angkor, Siem Reap and also this is the best time that we need to improve our Hostel facilities and renovate some area in the hostel. We would like to apologise to you during that time the smell of painting it is making you inconvenience. Now at our hostel all construction was completely done it. We do have some own reason that we need to change our hostel name and for other still remain the same. “最高!”
First experience stay at backpackers hostel. Eventhough we share the toilet, but toilet is clean. Location is nearby to the Halal Restaurant that we can easily get food to eat. Also this hostel nearby the market. Overall satisfied with this hostel.
