“落ち着いたステイ”
落ち着いた雰囲気のホテル。 プールビューのダブルの部屋をシングルユースしましたがゆっくりと過ごせました。 アンコールワットにはトゥクトゥクで10〜15分ぐらい。 スタッフも観光の相談にのってくれました。

“スタッフの対応が悪い”
空港のピックアップがあったこと。朝ごはんは、ほとんど残っていなかったり、グラス、カップ、皿もなく等もなく飲み物すら飲めない状態があった。プールのなかで、足の指を怪我したり、トクトクの手配でも、日本人スタッフの対応がとても悪く、２度と泊まりたくないホテルでした。

“WiFiが繋がらない。”
部屋が綺麗。Locationは良いと思う。静か。Locationは、メインストリートから真っ直ぐ北へ行く道で、Pub Streetへも、夜なら散歩がてらに歩ける距離。遺跡に向かう道の入り口にあるので、移動は便利でした。悪くは無かったのですが、WiFiが不安定で繋がらないので、全ての良いところをぶち壊しています。

“アンコールワットマラソンの滞在には最適”
交通の便が良い。ホテルが大きい。その他なし。ジャグジーやサウナに入ったが、電源が入っていなくて、冷たい水、寒冷な部屋でした。朝食も一般的で、そんなには特徴がなかった。部屋は快適でした。チェックインの時にクロマーをプレゼントしてくれた。料金も他のカンボジアのホテルに比べて高いと思った。

“コストパフォーマンス良し”
パブストリートから程よい距離、プール貸切、親切な対応そう何度も行く場所ではないと思うので、そういった方対象に。 位置は確認してもらえれば分かりますが、繁華街からは徒歩１０分でした。 夕食後でも歩いて防犯上は歩いて帰れます。TUKTUKでは、パブストリートで大雨で店に傘で迎えに来てもらって３人総額３ドルでした。（初期の値切りはしますが、３ドルを２ドルに値切るような交渉はしない性格です） 少し離れている事で、いい意味でさびれた感があり、静かでした。 深夜到着でうっかり電圧考えずコンセントに突っ込み、ブレーカー落ち。なかなか復旧しなかったのですが、夜班みんなで一生懸命、最後は直るまで就寝用別部屋まで提案してくれ・・結局は移動前に復旧しましたが。 他もスタッフは基本フレンドリーで楽しく滞在できました。 難点ですが、朝食４回食べましたが、ビュッフェのメニュー数が少なく、毎日同じで、味もいまいち。 最後はかなり飽きました。 ただし最終日に、夕食を取ると、これが同じとこ？と言うほどおいしかったです。 アプサラショー付で少人数の為にがんばってくれるので、他所の大型レストランに出ていくならここをお勧めします。 ちなみに当日は一組除き日本人、団体客はメニューがしょぼかったです。少し？かなり？高いですが２２＄のセットメニューは滞在中一番おいしかったです。 プールは一つで、片側が浅く反対が深い1.6mほどの傾斜プールです。 ２度息子を連れて行きましたが、皆観光に行ってるのか貸切状態でした。 ただし、ライフガードはいませんので、絶対に目を離さないように。 最後に・・ カンボジアに日本のようなサービスは期待しないように。特に時間に対しての感覚が違います。 それでカリカリしていると、せっかくの旅行が楽しくなくなります。 ゆったり構えて、楽しい滞在を。

“ロケーションはとてもいいが、お部屋が狭く感じました。”
ツアーのお迎え場所としては良かった。マナーの悪い中国人がほとんどだったので、少々うんざりしました。 兎に角、大声でしゃべる人種だったので、とても迷惑でした。 朝食が、それほど美味しく感じませんでした。

“全体的には満足、ですが…”
スタッフの応対が素晴らしかった。せっかくいいホテルなのに、もったいないなと思った点を挙げます。 ・客室内のコンセントが少ない。窓の近くに１つと（しかもベッドサイドから遠い）、デスク下、目の高さくらいの壁にしかコンセントがなく、夜間にデジカメ・携帯等を充電したかったのにコードが届かず不便だった。 ・２泊目、シャワーの配管？あたりから時折甲高い音がしていたのが気になった。使用時以外にも突然「キューーーッ!!」と鳴るので、疲れてうとうとしている時にはビクッとなってしまった。 ・１階レストランのディナーショーはビュッフェ形式だと紹介されていたが、主に団体客受け入れ時など、利用者が多いときに限られるようだった。

“小さいながらも、とても、素敵なホテルでした、”
清楚感あふれる小さな気楽なホテルです。家内と二人で出張兼旅行ということで中国に行った帰りの香港に泊まりました。このホテルは今まで私が泊まったホテルで一番気楽で泊まれたホテルです。豪華さは確かに他にいくらでもありますが、このような結婚式のための小さなホテルは、ある意味では一番素敵なホテルです。決して豪華さはないのですが、清楚感あふれる小さな気楽なホテルです。

“快適なホテル。”
清潔な客室。エアコンの効きが調節できなかったので切って寝ましたが、そのほかはとても快適でした。 時間がなかったのでプールやサウナを利用することが出来ませんでしたが、機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

“市内から近く、きれいなホテルでした。”
サービスがたいへんすばらしい。オールドマーケットまでトゥクトゥクで10分くらいでいけるので、たいへん便利でした。また、プールが広く、プールサイドにはバーもありたいへんよかったです。

“施設はいいけど。。。”
施設は新しくでよかったですツアー客であった中国人や韓国人のマナーがひどく困った。特に、朝の５時から廊下で大声を発して起こされたり、朝食の場所も、少し物を取りに行ったら、テーブルを占拠された。 レストランの従業員の手際が悪いことも影響があると思うが。。。

ルームサービスがとってもリーズナブル料金女性の日本人スタッフがチェックイン等も対応して 貰ってとても安心できました。 部屋も清潔でお風呂も不足はありませんでした。 ホテルのトュクトュクも親切で 空港の出発時間までの時間を観光を 案内をお願いしたら時間ギリギリまで 使って案内してくれてよかったです。 また、滞在したいです。

スタッフのサービス、１日２本のペットボトル無料サービス、５時３０分からの朝食ハウスキーピングの一部１．全般的には、次回訪問した時にも泊まりたいホテルと思いました 日本人スタッフがいて 日本語で話が通じること スタッフの人が親切であること 朝食はメニュウが豊富であり ウエイター、ウエイトレスのサービスが 良いこと ２．ハウスキーピングの一部に問題がありましたので お客様満足殿の観点より スタッフの方に改良するようにお話しました ３．私にとりましては Front Office Managerとお話が出来 カンボジアの 現状をお教えいただいたのと 私の意見を述べたことが 印象にこることで した ４．次回は 妻とこのホテルに泊まりたく思っています

“総合リラクゼーションホテル”
ホテルのサービスが日本並み、朝食もまぁまぁおいしい。スパが充実している。特になし。ホテルのスタッフの応対も素晴らしく、一階レストランでは、ディナー時にクメールダンス？のショーが行われている。アンコールワットへのアクセスも、市内へのアクセスもトゥクトゥクを使えば問題なし。部屋もすこぶる広く、お風呂も広い。ルームサービスでマッサージをお願いしたが、とても気持ちよく、すぐに眠れた。プールも利用したが、なかなか広いプールで、スパも充実しており、申し分がないと思う。

“おすすめです。”
スタッフの対応がかなり良い。プールサイドでできるお食事もよかったです。廊下がちょっと暗いかな。スタッフの対応が非常によく、不快な思いを全くしませんでした。 ホテルの外で待機しているトゥクトゥクを１日チャーターしましたが、とても良心的でトラブルもありませんでした。 ホテルのお部屋はとても広く、清潔です。水回りがちょっと古いかなぁという感じでしたが、この値段なら仕方ない部分かな。 夜はプールサイドで食事しましたが、雰囲気も良く、味も満足です。 ホテルについているスパも安くて満足でした。

“一人旅”
日本人が滞在していて、よかったと思います。非常にきれいなホテルでした。ペンメリアにいくので、車をチャーターしたのですが・・前日は７０ドルでいいと言われたのですが・・当日にペンメリアは遠いので、６０ドルプラスでないと言われた。日本人スタッフがいるので、非常に快適でした。こちらのホテルと契約をしているトゥクトゥクのドライバーも親切で、安心できるホテルでした。

“マッサージお勧めです！”
日本人コンシｪルジュ（2名）がいてくださって、心強いです。マッサージはとてもお勧めです。価格も日本よりずっと経済的な上、技術も高いです。スパでの爪のお手入れは、お勧めできません。マッサージをしてくれた女性やスパの雰囲気も非常に良かったです。スタッフもフレンドリーです。朝食の時に働いているスタッフもキビキビしていて、見ていて気持ちいいです。ホテル専属のバイクのドライバーもいて、外出時にお願いできるなど外部のドライバーと自分で交渉するよりトラブルも少ないと思います。

“よかった”
ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティーは非常に心地よかった中庭でのクリスマスパーティでの音楽がうるさかった。スパは清潔だし、よかったです。 部屋も小奇麗で快適でした。 プールにも入りたかったですが、入っている人がだれもいなかったし、スタッフもいなかったので、「あまり利用する人いないのかな」と思いました。

日中hotelに人が少ない。 プール、スパが空いていて、綺麗。繁華街までちょっと暗い道があるので女性だけで夜間徒歩でホテルに戻るのはお勧めしない。 お湯の出があまり安定していない。スタッフの感じがよいが、人により、英語の通じ方が悪い。安価でスパが利用できる。空いているようで、いつ行っても利用できた。大変清潔で、綺麗なスパなので、街中のマッサージのハード面に不安な方にはにはお勧め。レベルはごく普通。また、スタッフによりレベルには差があるようでした。ジャグジーなどの施設は利用者が暑さのためか、少ないようで、整備不良のようでした。ジムの設備は一通り揃っているようでしたが、利用者はあまりいないようでした。 プールサイドのバーの軽食類は期待しない方が良い。繁華街からホテルまでには、ほんのちょっとの間だけ、暗い道があるので女性ひとりだけで夜間徒歩でホテルに戻るのはお勧めしない。トゥクトゥクなら、２０１０年１月現在、繁華街からホテルまで片道２ドル。番号の明記されたベストを着用しているドライバーが正規の登録をしているということなので、おすすめです。 お風呂のお湯の温度があまり安定していない。 朝食のローカル風の麺はあっさりしていて食べやすい。 日中は観光をして、ホテルにはあまり滞在しないのであれば、全く問題ない、清潔で安価なホテルだと思います。

“ＣＰがいい”
日本人のスタッフが親切でよい。 部屋も広く清潔。レストランが一個しか開いてなかった。ＣＰがよく、サービスもよかった。 レストランが1つしか開いてなかったがルームサービスが充実しているのでそれを利用した。

“のんびりするにはよいかとおもいます”
スタッフが親切 値段も適切（10月下旬で1泊7000円前後）設備がやや古い部分がある日本人も多く宿泊しており、スタッフの対応がとてもよかった。食事も4泊したが、少しずつメニューに変化があり、おいしかった。SPAに関しては、宿泊客には30分延長か20％オフの特典があるため、1時間半のクメールマッサージで20USDだった。腕は、まあまあといったところです。

“広くてゆったりしています”
プールが大きい、部屋が広め、朝食はそこそこ、従業員の対応は良い。ロビーが暗い、風呂の蛇口から出る水が茶色（赤さび？）かった1泊でなおかつホテル内滞在時間がすくなかったので、隅々まで堪能することができませんでしたが、agoda価格で泊まれれば、そこそこのコストパフォーマンスだと思います。朝食はそこそこですね。可もなく不可もなくという感じでしょうか。

“静かなホテル”
お客さんが少ないせいか、静かで落ち着いている。ホテル内のレストランは、1店舗閉まっていた。ホテルの従業員は、とても気持ちの良い接客で満足です。子供が病気になった時も、ホテルドクターが面倒をみてくれて、助かりました。オールドマーケットにはトゥクトゥクで約5分ですが、頑張れば歩いても行ける距離です。

Could imagine that this hotel was glamorous in its heyday, but it just seems run down, old decor and lack of life. Room was huge, but lighting was pretty dim for my liking.

“Old hotel”
We were frustrated as this hotel has not upgraded itself. It has a restaurant with not much on the menu. There was only one server and had to take care not just of the diners but also room service. The breakfast was also very limited. It’s good that there were two chefs to handle the noodle soup and the other for the egg station. Somehow the aircon was efficient after the hot and humid weather outside

“Great Location”
The hotel is quite near to the PUB Street. You can easy walk to the night market (around 10-15 mins walk). Room is spacious and breakfast is good. Although the hotel is not new but it is clean and staff are friendly.

“fabulous”
I really loved this hotel and the people working there; big thank you to Sreymou. It is in walking distance to the jumpin Pub Street scene, without having to hear all the noise and deal with the traffic. Pool area is such a peaceful haven.

“Lost it's charm”
It looks like a grand hotel once but lost it's charm. Room was ok. But no hot water for 2 days out of 4 days we stayed. No wifi and we had to make repeat requests to provide additional router. Breakfast was very basic. I won't recommend as it's price point there are several better options.

“Fantastic stay in Angkor property”
Though the property was old but i was surprised by the well maintenance of it and how well thought of construction it was that it stood the test of time and its still working. Great interior understanding that its from past but the elevator was not in proper condition as it broke down couple of times during our stay. Food was good swimming pool was great.

“Work in progress ”
The breakfast was sad, hardly a spread, even the live egg counter had very limited mixes. The fruit spread was limited and no replenishment of stock. We missed the mangoes The croissants were the only thing we lived on. Spa : there is no spa, contrary to what the name depicts. The staff arranged for 2 massueses to be sent to the room. They were barely trained and tried their best, but it hardly was a good experience. After the massage, We requested for housekeeping to change the sheets and covers, but housekeeping was not available. After we created some noise we got fresh sheets and cover, but had to make the bed ourselves. The staff was friendly and courteous and tried their best to help us.

The hotel is not mainatined properly. Biggest let down was the food, there was no running kitchen! Breakfast was put together with basic variety. The facilities are run down.

“Clean spacious friendly good location”
Not too far , just a walking distance to pub street and surrounding attractions like Royal garden, and local convenient store. The place looked like it was once a popular vibrant resort . Now Quiet, aged. Breakfast is provided. Nice huge clean pool.

“Friendly staff”
The hotel staff is very friendly but the hotel is a bit old. The room is clean. The swimming pool is clean and big. The hotel is quite near to the city centre, and is within walking distance of about 15minutes.

“Service need to improve ”
Given me the wrong key card that set with other room number. Required me to head to receptionist two time to explain why the key card did not work when I reach my room. But they still didn't get it and just get the master key opened the door for me without reset my key card. Told me will check and come back to me but no follow up till late night i have to walk to the counter to request for my key card to be reset.
