“新しいホテル”
とても綺麗なホテルです。オルセーマーケットには徒歩5分くらい、近くには美味しいローカルレストランもあり、食事には困りません。屋上のプールサイドで夕陽を眺めながら飲むビールも最高です！

“コストパフォーマンスかなり高い”
新しいホテルです。 オルセーマーケットに近く、立地も良いです。 スタッフもフレンドリーな人が多く、会えば笑顔で挨拶してくれます。 部屋も新しく掃除も毎日しっかりされていますが、1点、部屋のスリッパは使いまわしという印象だったので持参したスリッパを使いました。 シャワーも熱いお湯が十分出ますし、wifiの通信速度も速いです。 バイキング形式の朝食付きでしたが、品数は多くなく、内容も大体毎日同じなので連泊すると飽きます。 総合的には、この値段でこの内容ならコストパフォーマンス高い、と言い切れる良いホテルだと思います。

“running cockroaches, ants, smelly bedding, smelly pillows, smelly towels !!”
roaches running on the floor in the room, ants, cobwebs, dirt, smelly towels, smelly duvets, smelly bedding and the price of this hotel is not up to the quality standards offered !! The only upside to this hotel is the decent rooftop pool.

“Not open”
On the first Jan 2022 my wife who was staying for 2 days, was told by a lone member of staff that the hotel wasn't open. Nobody let me know and I paid in November 2021. Whats going on.? Need to be reimbursed.

“Good Value for Money but bit old”

“Had to change room twice. Smokers in hotel despite rules. ”
I don’t want to have to review this place badly but I can’t honestly say I’d come back. I woke up in the night of our first night there and our whole room smelled like sewer drain. We suffered till the next day and then asked to be switched to another room. They were very obliging and kind about switching us. The problem is they put us on a floor where there were all these men drinking and smoking with their doors open. The hallway was like a smoke parlor where your throat burns just walking through. And then it started to seep into our room and that’s when I reluctantly asked for another switch. The receptionist was sweet and she said she had tried to ask multiple times for the men to stop smoking but they wouldn’t (why not kick them out? They have a no smoking rule with signs posted...) so she switched us to another room that hasn’t had issues with smells thankfully. The good thing is the beds are really soft and nice, with a memory foam topper that really makes a difference when most beds at hotels here are hard hard. All the rooms are a different shape and style it seems so you don’t know what you’re going to get when booking. The pool is nice. The breakfast is unimpressive. Bathrooms are fine and there’s good hot water. My biggest issue was the smell and smoking. Then the unimpressive breakfast. I would not come back to this hotel. It’s just not family friendly.

“Needs some improvement”
I stayed there in mid-September. Since it was during the COVID-19 time, the hotel was not well maintained. Pool needed more cleaning, restaurant needed better hygiene (my wife found two hairs in her fried noodle at breakfast), and room needed better cleaning as I could sell cigarette smoke.

“์Not that impressive”
I have booked for Studio room type (which has the bathtub) stay on 26th Aug 2020, checked-in around 10.00-11.00 p.m. We walked to the warm air front desk (probably the hotel owner would like to save cost so that is not the big deal). We carried the heavy bags and so exhausted. The guy who is front desk staff informed us that the Studio room has the guest extended stay and will upgrade us to the Apartment room type. I asked him this room has the bathtub or not because it shows SHOWER in the hotel facility on this room type but he doesn't know the word "bathtub". He disappeared to go somewhere and let us waited about 10 mins when he came back I said please show us the room. On the way to the room, the guy didn't even help us to carry the heavy bags (the hotel staff should have Service Mind, right?). This room has the bathtub then we took this room. If he told me at the first time I asked "bathtub", I would not wait for 10 mins. Everything in the room is good but the sink in the bathroom has the water stains.

“Nice facilities”
The hotel is nice, comfortable and well decorated. The rooms are nice and also well furnished. They have a very nice rooftop pool. It is welcoming and relaxing to be up there. I have 2 complaints though, the rooms are not the size they are advertised. They said 35 square meters and they are not that large, more like 25 or 26 square meters. Standard rooms are smaller like 22 square meters. There is not a lot of hot water, there is some but not enough to make the shower hot, just warm. It is a nice hotel though and quite comfortable.

“A disaster!”
I have not experienced such unprofessional behavior in a long time. The room was not as advertised, the upgrade to studio was still filthy; riddled with bugs, no hot water, pathetic aircon, un-lockable balcony door and so on... Staff were ok in reception, the cleaner is a charlatan, the pool staff were very persistent about offering food and drink, even before I sat down a menu was put on the table and a staff member stood there looking at me and said “what would you like to order” I said, “I didn’t ask for a menu“ I was approached another two times about refreshments which made me angry and my wife very uncomfortable. The prices are falsely advertised because VAT Isn’t included ( can anyone think of another reason not to add VAT in the price, other than to deceive you??Everyone pays VAT!!) They had only beers and Jim Bean for drinks, no cocktails or whisky. So the next day I brought my own black label and order a few bottles of coke from the bar so as not to be completely rebellious. I was then confronted and told they must charge me for bringing outside refreshments in. I laughed and said, “you don’t have whisky, so I’m drinking this and I will not pay again for it!” I was also the only customer there! I put my little JBL speaker on while I swam with my children....2 minutes later, they started blasting music making it hard for us to even communicate, which made it dangerous for my children to swim as they are young and can’t touch the floor. I could probably list a whole load of other stuff like to poor breakfast, and no breakfast given and so on, but I do not want to wast any more time thinking about this poor excuse of a hotel.

I had booked a triple room and the fees was charged according my requirement, but when we arrived at the hotel, a different room type they offer to us. It is a totally different space & size between twin bed room and triple bed room ..

“ not what I expected.”
so funny to have the pool, the drinks bar, the eating area and pizza ovens AND the gym all together in one area!!..if you are after something cheap and nasty then this place might suit you. the website actually shows the place better than it what actually is.

“すごく良い”
The front desk female staff were exceptional. They had good ideas for visiting in phenom penh., courteous and caring and had a welcoming and warm greeting every morning or afternoon, when ever they were on shift.

“It's ok”
Pros - comfy bed, fairly central location, included breakfast and Wi-Fi. Cons - uncomfortable pillows, rooms are a bit dated, cockroaches in the bathroom. It's not the best hotel I've stayed in but we were there for two nights which was fine.

“Nice...”
Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant. The rooftop pool and bar is nice. Drinks are a little over priced but nothing major. The pizza’s they make and cook are spot on and definitely worth a try. The location of the property is good. Just a short walk to the river. Tuk Tuks are available outside the hotel. Would recommend.

“A bit of a shame ”
The staff were more than helpful but our room was very ordinary . Cleanliness issues and a smell that was pretty ripe plus no opening windows so that didn’t help ( might have been the carpet)? The pool was actually fantastic but they had an event on one of the 2 days we were there so was unusable past 2pm which is the best time for a relax and a dip ! A few things to improve but the staff and the location were the saving grace !

“Lovely!”
Good! Especially for Cambodia. Clean and and spacious. Bedding a little ripped etc but everything clean And had a great sleep. Fabulous bathroom and shower. Rooftop bar quiet but nice. Would recommend. Great value for money.

“Don’t believe what you see in pictures, the hotel is below my expectations”
However, i would like to give credits to all the staffs, they are so helpful and polite. Even though they are not really good in english, but they try their best to communicate with you. I like their staffs more than the Hotel itself

“許容”
The staff at the reception desk is very rude (women and not men) and they made me pay 3 times the amount I had to pay because they don't know how to use a credit card machine. I am very disappointed and I absolutely do not recommend the rooms in this hotel. The beds are dirty and full of black marks. Also, the bathrooms are not cleaned as well as the toilets. I was offering this hotel to my parents for Christmas and I am disappointed with this choice. On the other hand, the staff of the restaurant is adorable !

“Great place to stay ”
Helpful staff, a great pool and great breakfast made my stay here most pleasurable. Far enough away from the noisy bar area but close enough to get to most of pp’s must see things make this hotel an excellent choice

I have stayed at this property over 200 nights in total. I come back here because of the staff, cleanliness, professionalism, room comfort and the rooftop/pool pizza bar.

“Loved my stay at this hotel”
Loved the breakfast buffet, although a bit more variety every day would be good. Looks like there was a full restaurant menu at lunchtime when no one was around, and a pizza and snack menu at night time when it was busy. Safe, very comfortable, love love love the staff (most speak very good English), great air conditioning, car & motorbike parking (staff organised motorbike rental), lovely pool (although it feels a bit strange swimming when everyone else is having dinner, I did it nonetheless). Will gladly stay there again as long as I get the same Agoda rate. I think their standard room rate is too high for Phnom Penh.

“Staff very slow and do not handle complains proberly”
Roof top Bar is a mess of food gym and pool. Staff is extremely slow, and is very bad in communicate. Food poor when it finally is served. Fish and chips 45 min. waiting time. Chips raw, fish so oily.

“許容”
Cockroaches in the room (we were not offered a new one), you cant open windows in the room, terrible food and breakfast in local restaurant, not professional stuff. We will never stay there again. And their pool was captured with wide lens, so in reality it is 4 times smaller.

“Clean hotel with friendly staff”
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a good stay. Room was always clean and the staff are friendly. Remember to go for the breakfast early as they don't top up most items as you reach the last hour of breakfast service. There are many cafes around so you could try them out instead.

“普通のホテル”
普通の新しいビジネスホテルという印象で、普通に快適でした。部屋は細かく見ると価格相応の安普請ですが、問題はありません。同価格帯で年季の入ったホテルは、エレベーターがなかったり、蚊がいたりと当たり外れがあるので、そういう意味では安心ではあります。顧客として中国人をターゲットにしているようです。ただ、室内があまりに日本のビジネスホテルと変わりばえがなく、周辺は味も素っ気もない街中なので、観光よりはコスパ重視のビジネス向きかもしれません。それと周辺は照明が乏しく、女性だけで夜歩きするのはお勧めしません。
