Great convenient place to stay.. clean and quiet. The lady at the desk asked if if was a social occasion and I told her it was my bday. I was then surprised with a handwritten note and some chocolates for my bday.. such a nice gesture, thank you

“City Stay”
There was no assistance given to invalid travelers. Pick up and leaving was on the street and not convenient as parking on the street was sometime not available for Uber or taxis.

Great location near Darling Harbour. Close to the train, and the city centre. Room had everything we needed for a quick trip. Would recommend.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Vibe hotel in Darling harbour and it has been great every time. The location is perfect when going into Darling harbour for an expo or night out.

“Complaint”
After back and forth of me asking why i was told misleading information and requesting further assistance as this is extremely unprofesssional, with no further assistance offered. I left to go to the pay station across the street, the pay station charged me $25. Returning to the hotel after all of this stress and feeling very uneasy about this i asked for Sami at the front desk in which i addressed the fact that i was charged $25 not $13 as she had just told me. (I have sent the full email to enquiries at the hotel). I expect to be compensated for the unprofessional service and would hope nooone else would have to endure this.

“Amazing”
Had a wonderful stay in the Suite room. Very beautiful and comfortable, quiet. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, Room was a little bit dusty here and there but overall a great stay , close to everything, loved the rooftop swimming pool and the cafe/breakfast was delicious! definitely recommend and will be staying again!

great location, easy enough for public transport but parking is across the street. walkable to a lot of attractions eg china town, qvb, icc, darling square, darling harbour, town hall train station

“Great stay very convenient location”
Great stay. Location really convenient with good restaurants nearby. The room was great, bed was very comfortable. Hotel breakfast was great. We were in Sydney for Vivid so it was very easy to get around.Staff wasn’t very helpful and wasn’t pleasant to deal with.

Had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The room was nicely designed and decorated. Loved the design and layout of the entire building as well. Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Will defs be back for a stay when I’m in Sydney :)

“Top spot to explore Sydney ”
The location is awesome but the hotel is great as well, it hit the mark for our trip. The extra bonus was the rooftop bar.

“Loved this place a hidden gem ”
My friend and I were attending the hair expo and thought this would be the best opportunity to stay at vibe I chose this as the place had all we required close to food and the expo everything else was a bonus This place is by far amazing the top roof bar and pool WOW! And the beautiful cocktails are an absolute MUST

“Room was not cleaned properly ”
Went to have a shower and as the mirror fogged up explicit messages appeared on the mirror. I wish I was joking. I’m not mad about the messages they were kind of funny but I was mad that the room wasn’t cleaned properly and that when I reported it to reception at 8am that it had still not been attended to at 5pm when I returned back from work. This was after I was told that it would be “taken care of immediately”. Not good enough.

“Forever greatful to the staff”
My partner and I stayed there for her 30th birthday. The staff were amazing, the rooms clean, the venue is wonderfully centred. The staff were so helpful that I was able to surprise my girlfriend with balloons and rose petals in the room, before proposing to her. Thanks to all the staff. Best hotel stay ever.

“Great location and cute hotel”
Location wise excellent- two train and 1 tram station walking distance away including train connectivity from the airport. Breakfast options are limited and take looong! Besides that a great stay.

I had my recent stay here for Christmas and overall, my experience was quite positive. The check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing clear information about amenities and the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and I appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided. The hotel offered a range of amenities that I enjoyed, including the pool and gym. Considering the quality of the room, amenities, and service, I felt that the hotel offered good value for the price. The rates were reasonable for the level of comfort and convenience. The hotel’s location was ideal for my needs. It was conveniently located. It made exploring the area very easy. I had a pleasant stay at Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour , and I would definitely consider returning in the future. It provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
