“公共交通機関のアクセスが非常に良いホテルです”
部屋は広いシドニー空港直通のmuseum駅から徒歩5分にあり、シドニー市内のどこに行くにも便利なホテルです。ホテルの前は大通りで、常にタクシーが走っています。１階にコーヒーショップがあり、よく利用しました。しかし不満がいくつか…。まず、有料にもかかわらず、インターネットのスピードが遅く（１秒間に最高で100kb程度）、最上階に泊まりましたが電波も弱かったです。LANケーブルでの接続も可能なので、上の階に泊まるときは、無線ではなくLANケーブルの使用を、チェックイン時に申し出るとよいでしょう。あと、アパートメントホテルの流儀なのか、５泊の間に掃除がされていなかったことがありました。それと、窓からの眺めは期待しないほうが良いです。

“とても満足”
ロケーション、スタッフの対応、オペラハウスまで徒歩30分、ダーリンハーバーまで徒歩15分のロケーションでした。空港から電車でホテルに入りましたがミュージアム駅から徒歩3分程度ですので非常に便利でした。5分程度歩けばレストランやパブも無数にあります。また部屋も綺麗で広く朝食もコーヒーの種類も選べ及第点でした(値段を考えれば)。オペラハウス近辺やダーリンハーバー近辺のホテルは非常に高いのでコストパフォーマンス的にもお勧めできるホテルです。

“Best Western Stellar”
Helpful staff, room was a good size and very clean with a comfy bed. Nice kitchenette feature and great shower/bathroom. The hotel is in a very good location for sightseeing and “museum “ train station a 2 min walk. Great value for money and couldn’t really fault the place

Location wise, best. Small hotel with small lobby area, but very close to Hydepark and Museum Station. Room is spacious & clean. Amenities are complete. Recommended.

The staff is friendly and the room is clean. We have a great time staying there. The room is more than enough for 2 people with a huge and clean bathroom. Shampoos are provided.

“Best value! ”
This hotel is everything! Room was spacious, basically like a semi apartment there's sink, microwave, kettle and toaster. Location is really convenient, near the city and bus stop. Staff were friendly and our room always super clean. With the price given I think this hotel was totally worth it ♥️

“Perfect Stay”
It was a good room I got, 203, which was an upgrade. The size and basic kitchen facilities were good. Both windows have a good view of the street. The duty manager was a great help and provided a map with guidance to reach the nearest station etc. The location is a short walk from Museum station but if you have heavy luggage, it's best to get a taxi. Sydney roads have inclines in many areas so walking with too much stuff could be a bit inconvenient. On public holidays there is a surcharge levied on everything in Australia and prices can be high, so the advice is to book a few days in advance. Enjoy the stay.

“Missing car park”
Car park is not included so pls make sure before booking if that’s one of your priorities- I found it at the time of check-in! Also, the hotel is very old and just renovated

“Good location and spacious room”
It is about a 400m walk to this hotel from Museum Station (T8), which is very convenient. It includes a small kitchen with cutlery sets. The only drawback is that the air conditioning automatically switches off at around 5 a.m. every morning

“Big space and good location”
I had a meeting with a company nearby the park and the hotel was a good choice, also just 7 mins walk to meseum station where you could connect to many places in CBD

“Won’t come back again”
Stayed for 1 night. The hotel building was small, the toilet at the ground floor is awfull, the rooms have no soundproof, the AC will turn off by it self at 4 o’clock in the morning. It was just terrible and sorry to say i won’t come back to stay there again especially with the cost of 400aud something, wayyy too expensive. Only 20aud difference with pullman olympic park, but pullman is totally worth it.

“Dirty Towels and Beddings”
This is my 3rd time visiting Sydney and I always stay at hotels at downtown area. It’s a great location, right next to Hyde Park. Easy access to railway stations. Staff are friendly in general. Though I feel a bit shocked that the towels (every single piece, big and small) have stains, one has blood spots. Both pillow and bed sheets have hair; table, telephone, and alarm clock are dusty. We ended up using sanitzied tissues to wipe everything. I had to ask the staff to give me another set of clean towels, and changed the beddings for us, they did it the next morning. I wouldn’t recommend it if someone who is super hygienic like me.

“It was ok”
Hotel is old and does not look like the picture on the website. There are no facilities such as gym either, which is strange for a 4 star hotel. For the price, I think you can find better hotels. In my opinion, it is not really value for money. The only saving grace is the central location and the cafe in the lobby.

“Strongly recommend for family stay.”
The family room I booked has 2 queen beds, and kitchen with oven and all necessary cutleries and a fridge, staff are very friendly and helpful, they even helped me to keep excess luggage in luggage room and room was cleaned daily. Location is close to all attractions and shopping places in the city.

“Comfortable hotel, spacious room and good location”
Stayed in queen studio which included a small kitchen minus cooking. Convenient for heating up meals and washing up. Room maybe a bit dull and can hear sounds when people walking above floors. Location is excellent being close to trains, Hyde park and walking distance to city and Chinatown.

“Above average”
The room was huge, you had room to move. Clean and relatively quiet room. Staff are friendly. On the down side the Windows do not open and you can’t let fresh air in. Apart from that, it’s a decent average hotel to stay at.

“First Time in Sydney”
The location of this hotel is great. It made it easier for us to go around the city. Staff was accommodating as well. The room was cleaned everyday and towels are replaced daily. Room was spacious and quiet. Internet was also good. My husband did multiple zoom calls and connection was good.

“Good location, friendly staff, spacious room”
The hotel is located within the city, walking distance to Museum Station, Central Station, and easily accessible to bus stop. Many attractions are nearby. Also very convenient to grocery store and eateries. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very spacious and clean.

Great location a short walk to bus, train and tram links to the rest of the city. Comfortable beds, decent sized room, with clean bathroom with a shower with good pressure. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

“Best location ”
This hotel is the best decision I’ve made, close to everything like shops, malls, cbd and train station. The room is very spacious and is big enough for four people plus a toddler, with complete facility. Staff are very accommodating too.

“Very solid choice”
Very big room! Loved my stay there. There was a bug in my room but I just got rid of it, so no issue. Not a lot of facilities (no pool or gym) but it is very strategically located - pretty close to plenty of sites. Would recommend.

“Wonderful ”
Book a night for a concert at the domain which was within walking distance which made this hotel a very convenient location with supermarkets and takeaway just around the corner. Upon arrival the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, then once we entered our room we were very impressed and pleased with our room was very clean and tidy with lots of room, bathroom was a good size plus the mini kitchen was handy loved our stay and look forward to it in future.

the location is really good near museum station and george street, easily accessible. staff are so kind and super approachable. they have storage luggage that is very convenient when you got there early and if you check out, you can left your luggage for free and return when your travel is over.

“Great Location, Easy to access”
Booked for work/leisure, second time staying with at this hotel. Location is perfect as only short walk from Museum/Central station or Oxford street, staff are always friendly and helpful, facilities are also very good, will stay again

Great value considering a spacious room and convenient location for shopping, restaurants, and subway access. Cons were weak shower and no slippers. Staff offered me coffee at check out for false fire alarm in the first morning, but wish they would have offered it earlier because I could not have it carrying my stuff...

シャワールームの排水が悪かったが、すぐに、別の部屋に変えて貰えました。 部屋の広さは、十分、キッチン付で必要なものはそろっていました。 アーリーチェックインが出来なかったのが、残念です。
