“全般的には良かったです”

年始を利用して家族で利用しました。全般的には良かったですが、残念だった点を書きます。 1.アクティビティ パラセーリングをしたくてハミルトンホテルのHPから予約を入れたのですが、二人乗りで2人×2、合計4人で利用したかったのですが、2人×４、合計8人で入力してしまったようで、ホテルの予約人数と異なるため、ツアーデスクから問い合わせがありました。メールに返信したのですが、送信専用のメールアドレスのようで返信できず、ホテルの予約担当経由でメールのやり取りをしたのですが、結局予約が入っておらずパラセーリングは出来ませんでした。前日にホテルのツアーデスクに確認したのですが、既に予約でいっぱいということで楽しみにしていたのに残念です。予約時の入力も分かりづらいのと、ツアーデスクへの直接のメール連絡が出来るよう改善していただきたいです。 2.食事 年末年始で混みあっていたせいか、注文して食事が届くまで時間が結構かかりました。 ビールのお替りをしたのですが、全然来ないため伝えるとすぐに来たのですが、会計はビール1杯分の金額が余分に加算されていました。 クレームを言うと直してくれたのですが、よく見ると金額は変わらず・・・ もう一度クレームを言ってやっと直してくれました。オーダーされたものがちゃんとお客さんに渡っているかちゃんと確認はして欲しいです。

もし、オーストラリアに観光を予定している日本人がいるならば私はハミルトン島に滞在することをお勧めする。 その中でもReef Viewホテルは、日本のリゾートホテルと比べても平均的な滞在満足度は得られるのではないのでしょうか？ まぁ価格に比べると、滞在中の部屋のクオリティは全方位的に満足するとは言えないが、それでもまぁまぁな満足度は得られると思う。 ホテル併設のレストランでの食事も、朝食も満足いただけると思います。 ただ、毎日同じ朝食なのでそこは...ですがね。 総合的に、私を含む平均的な日本人にとってみれば満足していただけると思います。

部屋のバルコニーにオカメインコが遊びに来ました。窓を開けていたらテーブルに乗っていたのでビックリ！そういえばフロントの方に気をつけるように言われてました。 でも人なつっこくて可愛いです。 浴室側の窓から廊下を歩いている人の話し声が聞こえてきます。 110Vの電源コンセントがあって良かったです。

あいにく天気が悪く十分楽しむことができませんでしたが、レストランや街の情報などスタッフが親切に対応してくれたので快適な滞在でした。部屋も清潔感があり良かったです。

新婚旅行で利用させていただきました。ツインベットが2つあり、1つ余慶でしたが、部屋も広く、次回も利用したいと思います。

日本人スタッフがいるので英語の話せない人でも安心。 部屋もきれいで清潔。 レストランやギフトショップも徒歩圏内で便利。 お勧めです。

“最低限のルームサービス。部屋の広さと水まわりはよい”

3泊しました。お部屋そのものはよかったのですが、滞在中のルームメイクでシーツは一度もかえてくれず、テーブルの上は食べたものやコップが散らかったまま、床も掃除機はかけられていませんでした。高いわりに、サービスは全く行き届かない印象です。日本語デスクがあるのですが、担当者不在のことも多くてあまり使えませんでした。

海にも近く設備は整っている。当然歩いて海岸までいける。無料の路線バスも走っていて移動には便利である。クリスマスの時期であるが日本人もたくさん宿泊していた。珊瑚シュノーケリングツアーに参加したが最高であった。

“Good place to stay ”

It’s my 2nd time to staying the hotel. Standard remains the same as last time like 6years ago. Just the buffet breakfast, there’s no cold cuts section only salmon available. And activity wise, now is chargeable but last time was free for the hotel guests.

“Fantastic location”

All the facilities you need. Ample room in a double room for our 18 year old daughter and her friend. Large bathroom, great location central to everything. Complimentary shuttle service on island is great. $53pp buffet breakfast way too overpriced. However, food/dining in general is overpriced pretty much everywhere on Hamilton. It is the one big downside. Otherwise fantastic stay.

“Massive rooms”

Reef View rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom is quite large and heaps of storage throughout. Restaurant and pools were nice, but not a lot of entertainment after dinner. Otherwise very easy to get into the main street on the bus.

Nothing flash, but a lot cheaper than beach club. You’ve got access to the better pool down the road with a pool bar. Clean and simple, it ticks the boxes. Lovely view too.

Beautiful hotel. In front to the beach. 2 awesome pools. Drinks are very expensive. $25.00 for a Margarita!!!!. Our check in took forever. We waited in line over 30 minutes. Our room had a musty smell as we entered. The bathroom was huge and clean. All in all. I have stayed in nicer hotels for less.

Really enjoyed my night at the Reef View Hotel. Hamilton Island has so much to offer for a relaxing stay (even in the rain!). You just need to make the most of it. The room was spacious and clean and room service options were great when I didn't want to head out in the rain for dinner. The shuttle bus is right at the front door if you need it. Definitely will come back again.

“Incredible stay”

Staff were brilliant, view from the coral sea room was amazing. Everything was so close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The island has been my best stay in Australia

All facilities closed by, included gym and shuttle bus which is good. Room service is very average. Not as good standard of rooms as it looks in photos. Overpriced and overrated.

“Reef Resort Hotel ”

Lovely stay for 3 nights room very nice on the 16th floor bed very comfortable and waking up to a glorious sunrise. Corellas on the balcony waking us early was novel! Staff super helpful and overall a fabulous stay.

“Good stay with ocean view”

Had a good stay at Reefview for a small getaway with family. It was very busy and checkin took us like 45 mins. Decent size room with nice pool and cockatoos all around. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay

“Everything you need”

Beautiful ocean view, spacious rooms, great friendly staff who have recommendations at check in. Access to paddle boarding and snorkeling gear at the beach. Close to everything. Would recommend.

“Great location with views - rooms dated”

Perfectly located with ocean view rooms. Staff at the front desk and guest services really helpful. Green and blue bus access at the resort is convenient. Rooms need a face lift. Also cleanliness staff was not good at all. The room was not done properly on all days and we had to call to change the bedsheets and at least provide a replacment tissue box. Missed the basic service there. Food at the pool terrace restaurant was really good and staff there too, especially the manager, Rebecca. Overall pretty happy with the stay. Will come back again.

“A fabulous place to stay on the island”

Staff were very attentive. Stunning location. The facilities were great and location just perfect. There is a direct shuttle service to various parts of the island that runs as a free service. Highly recommended.

Spacious comfortable room, really nice bath room. Water view over pool and garden. Didn't use the facility so couldn’t comment.

This is the Worst hotel or Romm I have erver stayed There are plenty of cockroaches in the room and the hotel staff are not even bothered of this. We have call the mananer and they are also not even quickly responding back Overall the room i can rate it for zero star

Expensive per night, room is outdated and honestly just not very clean.

“Great stay”

The location is sort of essential. Both free green and blue shuttle buses are stopping at the hotel so you can go almost everywhere without renting a buggy. We had a coral sea view room. The view is beautiful. In late April, as long as there is not much cloud, we could see sunrise directly on our balcony. The room is spacious, much bigger than we expected. Front desk is helpful. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel as we always had morning walk to marina for breakfast and coffee.

“Overly priced for what it is!”

I hate to be mean but.... The staff are all just unhappy and basically "just" doing their jobs. Where's the smiles, where's the happiness.

“Old, damp, overpriced”

It's a very large hotel that has good facilities (restaurant, pool, free sports equipment hire). However, it's very expensive while the building and rooms are quite old, would need a bit of refurbishment. The rooms are very damp and because of this the carpet is wet and even dry clothes get damp. There is also a damp smell which is a bit alarming with small children.

Location was excellent and staff a pleasure. Room was exceptionally clean and modern.

“Impressive Hotel”

We have stayed at the Reefview Hotel many times from a garden view room to the fabulous 1 Bdr terrace apt and we have always been impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms not to mention the convenient position and out of this world views and to top it off wonderful staff..we would thoroughly recommend the Reefview Hotel Hamilton Island

“すごく良い”

Lovely place, tho bit dated but was getting painted while there. Our shower leaked onto floor as shower door not close tight, so water on floor afterwards, had to be careful not to slip on floor. Great view and location to the resort wonderful staff always friendly and obliging.

This is a beautiful place and so much to see & do . Everything you want is on your door step . Easter holidays was probably very busy, but everything was perfect. Would advise to pre book golf carts & restaurant when visiting on school holidays. Brilliant

“Not worth the money ”

Our only good thing about the stay was our room was refurbished .Paying top price.Very nice.It goes down hill from there.Dont go in middle of summer as there is no air Con in restaurants or bars ,most restaurants needs better chefs ,very very expensive meals and drinks . The list goes on .They need new management that will go in and revamp.

“Perfect Location ”

This was our first time to Hamilton. Reef view hotel is the perfect location. Central to everything. Request a floor from level 10 and see clear water views. Would 100% recommend staying here.
