Great value and good location. Downsides Hotel valet is on expensive side $50 overnight. There is a public parking next door for $22. Rooms on east side suffer from traffic noise from the highway

Everytime we stay here, we are put next to the pool!!! The rooms near the pool (a whole entire section of the 3rd and 4th floors) is incredibly loud and pool smelling. We were not told when we checked in our "patio" would ve situated below the pool, with loud echoing swim noises coming from the pool! Unbelievable. The was purposefully kept secret until we were in the room. 2nd time we've stayed here and 2nd time we lost sleep because of the proximity to the pool. We won't be staying here again. You have GOT to do something about this!

I also apologize that the room’s location was not clearly explained at check-in. We certainly never want a guest to feel that information was intentionally withheld. I stayed in this surprisingly charming Sheraton for several days during a recent trip to Philadehia and was pleasantly surprised to find legging that resembled a smaller, boutique hotel than a typical vanilla Sheraton. The rooms were wspacious and well furnished with colonial era reproductions. There were plenty of put lets for the recharging of electrical components, a coffee maker, with Starbucks coffee, large, thick towels and reliable wireless (and free) Internet. I was upgraded to the Executive Floor, though I had not requested the upgrade, so I received a free breakfast as well. The staff members were courteous, gracious and competent. Overall, I recommend the hotel strongly to both business travelers and tourists, and I would surely stay there again.
