We booked online... king, breakfast included, air conditioning... none of these were delivered. Room was a hot mess. Like a sauna. When asked to have the problem corrected we were told we could leave with no refund or deal. Manager told us he would compensate us but never came through... this was a terrible experience.

Rooms are clean, big and nice. Staffs are helpful. Would stay there again.

For me a good shower is important, the shower was weak, the room does not have a proper bathroom, just put 2 glass wall on and not a very good job done. The staff is unhelpful, say no to everything! No I will not go back

Staffs were friendly and helpful in accommodating. Room was tidy and clean with plenty of sunlight. Facilities were awesome. Overall, we had an amazing stay.
