The rooms that are shown in the photos are not the rooms that you get, if you are booking online. They give a congested set of rooms for online booking in the adjoining building which are not really worth. All the beautiful rooms that we see online are a bit more costlier and not sure how they allocate those rooms ... Definitely the given rooms are not worth the money of online booking. Otherwise the hotel is good and staff are courteous.

The service was horrible, All floor was waited all the time. Even in the several time they ask to vacate the rooms. All money gone to waste. I need my money back or discount for this stay.

“Fraud Online Pricing”
Booked a room for almost 3K in Agoda assuming the accomodation is in main building. However, they provided the non AC room in other building. And in offline they are charging only 2500 for AC room in the main building. When asked they have charged additional 1K from me. So I ended up paying 4000 for 1 room which is actually costing 2500. And no dental kit and shampoo were provided. Need to chase many time to get the things delivered in the room.
