I was really looking forward to this hotel. My first hotel experience in Vietnam and in Asia! However, they let me down from the beginning. When I got there early in the morning they told me to wait at the reception without even asking my name. I was waiting there for almost 45 minutes before they finally asked for my name and then informed me that I had wrongly booked the previous night (my mistake) and that they had my room ready since they expected me to arrive the previous day. Nevertheless, for some unknown reason they didn't tell, I couldn't go to my room yet, but I could enjoy the breakfast. How come couldn't I go to my room if I had already paid the night and it was supposed to be free and waiting for me to occupy it? In addition I was informed that I wasn't going to sleep in the same room during my stay, that I needed to move to another room the day after when I had booked my room 2 months in advance. I refused to do that since moving my things implied that I had to wait next day for the other room to be free and wait for the cleaning service to do their job, losing a great part of my morning. The reception lady was less than agreable, helpful or informative after that when I asked for information so I had to manage on my own during the rest of the day. Thankfully, I am a very resourceful person and got a personal tour guide in the village. The truth is that the rest of the stay the reception lady was most efficient and helpful and helped me booking everything so, my first impression changed. However, I commited the mistake of booking the bus to Cat Ba with the hotel and, a 10-12 hour trip that was supposed to go directly to the island (I stressed the importance of this and I asked several times if it was the same bus to the island) with a detour to Tam Coc to drop some passengers, it was finally a nightmarish 20 hours trip in which I was asked to change buses 3 times to be dropped out in the slowest and oldest boat ever, without having any access to a

We stayed for 3 nights in Sa Pa and really enjoyed our Stay at Sa Pa Accomodation, which belongs to the Elegance Hotel in Sa Pa. The brekfast was ok - u can choose between some vietnamese soups, omelette, pancakes (no freas brewed vietnamese coffee just instant coffee) - the stuff was very helpful and very friendly. You can rent there a motorbike for 5-7$ per day. Air condition is also heating. In Sa Pa short power outages are daily business - the hotel has an own generator but warm water is just for a few minutes available. Out of this we can recommend this hotel.

Price was a bargain for the service that you get. Location is close to the Centre of town but around 20mins walk from the bus stop. This accommodation is owned by Sapa Elegance Hotel and is located right next to Sapa Elegance Hotel. Clean and Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom can do with an upgrade but great showers and just what you need after trekking. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. On our last day, one of the main girl gave us bottle of waters and bananas for our snack on the bus. She also followed us behind the taxi with motorbike to make sure we got to the bus station and got us on the right bus. What a service! ! The breakfast was filling and delicious. Oh and if you love dogs, they have 2 cute dogs you can play with. We can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back.

“かなりコスパの高い、すばらしいホテルです”
部屋も広くて気持ちがいいです。新しく建てられたのできれいです。 朝食もベトナム料理が選べて、フルーツもあり十分です。 場所もわかりやすい便利なところに位置していて、夜の外出も、ラオカイのバスの発着もすぐ近くです。 バスルームは広いのですが、構造上水がトイレにかかってしまうことになり、少し残念です。 暑くないとはいえ、部屋に冷蔵庫があると、もっといいと思います
