到着した日に一泊だけしましたが、空港ピックアップも無料でスタッフもみんな親切でした。欧米人が多くゆったり過ごせました。客室も綺麗で、料金が安いのにご飯も美味しかったです。

静かな空間、綺麗な海、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。 何もしないというバカンスを楽しむのには最適な場所だと思います。 スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切。 ホテルのシステムやサービスについてのリーフレットなどはありませんので、全て聞かなくてはいけませんが、こちらのリクエストは可能な限り聞いてもらえました。 フーコック島に来た時には、再度利用したいと思います。

The resort is located in a quiet back street, so the night was peaceful. I loved the pillow and the bed. The room I had would need to get freshen up a bit as the style gets old and the wall are humid. The outdoor is very beautiful. The breakast choice was sufficient. The staff is very friendly and greet their guest everytime. The beach is not that near but if you have a motorbike, it is reachable within minutes.

I will try to be objective, reviews say it's a perfect place to stay, but I would not agree. First I messaged the property to pick us up at the airport as they offer that service, but there was no one to meet us there, so we had to wait for half an hour to wait for them. Then, checking in, I found the room to be less nicer than on the pictures. The staff was smiley but didn't speak much English. The breakfast is poor, the only pro I found was bacon. The pool sometimes was dirty. The location is far from the downtown but it was ok for me. And the biggest con was they required us to pay when checking out, but I had paid long before our arrival using my credit card, and I had a receipt from agoda indicating payment confirmation. It was unprofessional of them to do so. So finally we showed them on their own papers that we've already paid and they agreed.

The hotels got good reviews so I chose the hotel based on them but In facts the facilities were quiet old , you have to always remind the stuff to clean your room . The stuff didn’t speak much English and they were unprofessional. For example they asked us to pay for the room at the end of the stay but we paid already so it took around 20 min for them to figure out it and it was a bit stressful to have this problem before the flight . The food was good . The location is too far from the downtown and the closest beach

It was my second time here. Although we traveled there just right after the Corona virus quarantined time, everything was good here from the driver who picked us at the airport to all staff and services here. There were only some groups of families staying here but breakfast was full of food (including Western food)

The stay at the Camellia Resort & Spa was good. It was a budget stay so I can’t complain about it. Staff were very friendly and although they couldn’t really speak English we managed through a google translate to sort things out. The room was very big and the AC worked well apart the first couple of nights when it leaked but this was sorted out. The bed was hard but I was made aware that this is kind of standard for Vietnamese hotels so won’t be making any fuss about it. The shower and the bathroom were good and the rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was okay, quite repetitive given that I spent there 10 nights. On occasions things weren’t available and there wasn’t enough (late breakfast) but if you were early - first thing in the morning there was plenty of food. “The egg and soup lady” was friendly and made tasty eggs. The only criticism I can give is that water in a pool was a bit cloudy which I think was due to water filter not working and the sun beds had no padding.

Mold everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Room also smells very strongly of mold and is dirty. In general, the rooms are very dirty. Water in the pool smelled strongly, was green and unfortunately unusable during our 5 days stay. Staff is very nice.

Not too bad of a place, breakfast was ok, would be much better if the kept the soups/ currys other dishes hot, by the time we tried to eat they were cold. Quiet location with a good little restaurant next door. Pool could be cleaner. We found undergarment in our bedroom drawer from a previous renter. Staff spoke little to no English but translator app took care of all we needed. They wanted to keep our passports at check in but we flat out refused so they took pictures instead. Laundromat and motorcycle rental next door had good service and prices. Overall decent, we had an interconnected family suite which was a good size, AC and fans, 2 tvs, 2 full bathrooms. Can hear roosters in the morning

Very welcoming staff, amazingly big room, nice all you can eat buffet for breakfast, smiling and helpful staff, free one way to the airport, definitely recommending this resort, great experience there. The city centre is a 20min motorbike ride, the nearest beach is at walking distance. I just wish we would have stayed longer there

Super friendly staff. Excellent location, close to two of the nicest beaches on the island. A bit quieter, but just a perfect stay!

We loved the friendliness and concern of ALL the staff, the excellent breakfasts and the swimming pool. A 20 minute walk to On Lang Beach was no problem for us - a couple in their late sixties.

Room was clean and spacious although some things need fixing (power point). Can be noisy if you get noisy guests at night in the pool with their voices raised! Nice view as rooms face the pool. Breakfast was decent enough. Easy to arrange for transport. Ong Lang beach by foot 1km away. Easy to find. Some restsurants outside the resort, just left and right down tge road. Rather far from An Thoi port so be prepared to pay for transport! Food is generally a bit on the high side throughout the island

Food a little "expensive" in quality/price at the resort compared to eating out. But ok. Breakfast was fair. Staff super friendly. Nice pool - long enough for some decent workout
