Good room nice and quiet, comfortable bed, staff were helpful, it's location is away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An town and you will need a bicycle which they have or rent a motorbike. Very handy if you want to get away from the overpopulated tourist area. Also it's just 10min away on motorbike to the awesome Beaches.

This hotel is worth for price, since this is cheap, you cannot expect more. However, it doesn't have towel which is not good.

We stayed here for a week and can't say enough how impressed we were with how our hosts looked after us during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. They made us a lovely breakfast every day, arranged our onward flight, our airport transport, loaned us bikes every day (for free), invited us to dinner & drinks with their friends, family and other guests and were on hand for anything we needed at any time. The rooms are great, everything looks new and really smart and you are minutes walk from the centre of old town where all the bars and restaurants are. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, thanks for a great week!

Host is friendly, we stay at 1st floor, there are a lots flea on bed at night, me and my boyfriend got bitten can not sleep . And the room full a smell of camphor which is very strong smell . Located is hard to find if you don't have google map and motorbike .

“Not bad”
It takes only a few minutes to the ancient town. The room looks quite new but it smells like there's no one stays in a long time, the smell of bad humidity. Anyway, the hosts are very nice and supportive. I enjoyed my time here.
