ホテルに入った瞬間、フロントスタッフのDucのもてなしを感じました。早めに到着したため、チェックイン時間まで待つ必要がありましたが、彼はレストランやスパの特典を紹介してくれました。スパは非常に快適で、環境もリラックスさせてくれました。ホテルの部屋はとても広く、清潔で、設備も整っていました。プールとスカイバーも完備されています。バスルームには非常に清潔なバスタブがあり、入浴を楽しむことができます。朝食の種類も豊富で、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。出発するまでにDucに再会した時も、彼は非常に親切で、私たちが車に乗るまで手伝ってくれました。再び訪れる機会があれば、必ずまた利用したいです。

私と家族は午前9時にシンガポールからハノイに到着し、午後10時の寝台列車までの一日を過ごしました。ホテルのチェックイン時間は午前10時から午後6時までと非常に良いものでした。私たちはお昼寝をするために2つの素敵な部屋を用意され、ハノイを少し探索しました。チェックアウト後は、近くで夕食を取る間に荷物を預けることができました。シンガポールから到着し、同じ日の夕方にサパに出発する予定の人におすすめします。

ハノイの主要観光地から遠くないホテルで、フロントのスタッフや朝食は非常に良かったです。次回訪れる際にもこのホテルをぜひ利用する予定です。ただし、残念な点は12階に位置するラウンジの食事代が思ったより高かったことと、10階にあるSPAのサービスと価格帯です。このホテルを利用する理由もホテル内にSPAがあるため、気軽に利用したいという気持ちから決めたのですが、次の問題点がありました。午後3時までハッピーアワータイムで30%オフと言われましたが、これはマッサージが終了する時間を基準にしているという説明が不足していたことと、宣伝やSPAカウンターで示された価格にはVATなどが含まれていないということを相談時にまったく言及せず、サービスが終了してSPA料金を支払う際に請求書に記載されていたという点です。つまり、ホテルの基本的な施設である部屋やスタッフサービス、朝食、ジムなどは非常に良かったですが、付帯施設の追加サービスに関しては満足できませんでした。ですので、次回は基本的な施設のみを利用するという前提で再度利用するホテルです。

完璧な場所に位置しています。古い地区から非常に近いですが、騒音からはそれほど近くありません。廊下や時々部屋には微かな煙の匂い（または何か）がしますが、すぐに消えます。スタッフは優れていて親切です。朝食は良いです。すべてが正常に機能していて清潔なので、私にとっては良い滞在でした。3泊予約しましたが、結局7泊しました。

It was very conveniently located in the center of business community of Hanoi, yet very quiet and cozy atmosphere. I loved the breakfast bufe with various Pho noodles and pastries.

ポイント： - 美しいロビー - スタッフが親切 - 部屋は広くて清潔 - 向かいにサークルKがある 欠点： - 自分の滞在している階はスパがある階なのに、なぜかその階の匂いが非常に不快で、車に乗っているようだった - トイレにはシャワーノズルがない*少ない？非常に不便 - 冷蔵庫は氷を作れないのに氷用トレイがある - ここでのランドリーは非常に高い！リゾートホテルで何度も洗濯したが、ここで洗濯するのがこんなに高いとは思わなかった。自分のお金が100万以上かかった（ホテルに料金表があったが、見なかったので、洗濯する人は注意してください）
