ヘリテイジ ホテル (Hanoi Heritage Hotel)

“安いので、致し方ないけれども...”

バス用のタオルがフェイスタオルしか設置してなく、翌日に強く言うとなぜかめんどくさそうに持参した。スタッフのやる気も感じれない。防犯対策たと思うが、夜中に帰ると門が閉まっていた。朝食は、９時に行くと８時までで終了と言われ１度も利用できなかった。ロケーションは、周りは家具屋だらけで男の街という感じ。

“普通のホテル。”

部屋の感じはそこそこよかったが、真向かいにカップルが宿泊していた時に壁が薄いのか、話し声が全て聞こえてとてもうるさかった。レセプションに人がいない時があり、カードキーが受け取れない時があった。（呼び鈴を押しても誰も出てこなかった。）

“名前の通り”

名前の通り、遺産になるような古いホテルです。おそらくは1980年頃の建物か、お湯もちょろちょろとしか出ないし、排水も遅い。エアコンはマニュアルで、うるさいわ、寒すぎるわで最悪。フロントは近くのおじさんがやっているような感じで要領を得ない。値段が安いので、こんなところかという感じでした。

This is the worst hotel in Vietnam ever. They said that they can't welcome foreigner even they received my money. Never use them.

“Great value, very friendly staff”

The main complaints from others are lack of location and the age of the hotel. Well, now you know: it's not in the Old Quarter, and is about 20 years old. That being said, the price is more than fair for decent rooms, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Good hotel.

i was staying for two days.. the room fee was really cheap, so i like it but the noise from motorbike was irritating.. except this, i think the hotel is quite good for the one who want to save his or her money :)

“Not so nice hotel to stay”

Good Location to see Ha Noi's back streets and rats!!! I was given a shonky dbl room where I could see moulds and not enough lights due to old fittings and dying bulbs despite I booked for twin room. On my request they gave me twin room which was bit better than the first one. But I could still see moulds and mildew in every corner of the room., The Towels were absolutely astonishin;y old and the color was not white if you know what I mean. I saw two rats running around the restaurant wildly. Plus the hotel's wooden floor and doors are good making unwanted noise 24hours. The hotel is certainly no-go zone. But the hotel staff was kind as others.

“Good business class hotel”

Good room, business hotel but needs improvement in the basket menu. It was same for three days without much choice and bit stale.

“Great location and reasonable breakfast”

Language is the main problem in Vietnam for foreigners but the hotel staffs are quite helpful. I was always worried about the water supply while taking bath. It happened once there was no water supply in the morning hours. I was told that it is a common problem in Hanoi city. Breakfast is reasonable for Asians. Internat access is available for free in room. Overall is satifactory.

“Super Quitely Hotel”

Lift was not good smell, people smoke in lift. Difficult to find dinner after 20:00 PM, I must go to find restorant by Taxi. But you can order food and dinner in room if you are order before. Also crowded traffice jammed. I just stay in Hotel at night and see television cable.

“Quitely Hotel and free fast internet”

It great I can access internet 24 Hours free with high speed wireless connection. Rate include breakfast and I get comb, toot brush, shampoo. It great because you will get welcome water drin(compliment). Air conditioner was working good, TV cabel. Refrigerator and telephone conection. Btw, some lamp can't ON an some elctrical conectin looks damage. Massage place wasn't good standard and dirty.

“Value for money”

It is good to have free internet, which can operate without stress. Besides this, in general, the hotel is old. The staff is very helpful.The breakfast is served by ordering from the menu (not buffet style). I didn't see many guests staying in the hotel, so, in general, it was quiet. The room is spacious with the bath tub in the bathroom. You can get taxi anytime by asking the front desk to call.

“Ordinary and not in the center”

Had been warned by other reviewers that this hotel is not in a very good location nor has particular charm. And this is what it turned up to be. Had one dinner there which was fine but the dining room itself lacks refinement. Staff was pleasant. Booked into this hotel because others were full and would not stay there more than one night and only due to lack of better alternatives.

“Not convenient”

cheap but location is far from bar/restaurant area. There is Chinese restaurant next of building but nothing other. good access to National Convention center (around 15min by taxi) but I recommend to choose some hotel around Tran Nhan Tong Street.

“Heritage Hotel - Hanoi...”

While you are stay in Hanoi, stay in Heritage and their price is good choice if you are only staying to work or traveling and need a good rest at night.

“바우처를 보여줬지만 확인이 안되다는 이유로 시간이 많이 지체되었다.”

아주좁은 화장실과 따로 설치되어있는 샤워바 또한 아주 비좁다. 전체적으로 좁은 느낌이었다. 세면대역시 좁다. 가격대비 별로였다.
