“I book the hotel but could not stay”

I really don't know what should I do now, but I would like to express how disapoitment I was when I book this hotel. I booked hotel for my business trip, I came to hotel at about 10.30 pm and immediately call hotel. They answered that they don't have any room any more. I was supprised and asked how come it is. Their answers is very simple, no more room for you, all the room were booked and occupied. I Asked them to check if any mistake and tell them I will go to hotel and discuss, they agreed. I went there at about 11pm. They said that sorry, we did not check Agoda booking and now all the room were full. They asked me to return on morning and the managemnt will refund me. How can I return in the morning, I'm on the business trip and I stay only half day before i have to return to HN. I had to spend almost 2 hours, walking on the street, knocked all hotels on the street and finally found one cheap hotel after almost exausted. I travel a lot, but never think that I would be in that situation, I tried to call Agoda but I only reached the auto anwer stystem with helped me nothing. This is not about the money, it is about the professional and I wasted a lot of my time for nothing.

“Good Short Stay”

Well located hotel in Halong Bay with good access to town and the major tours. The hotel will arange pick up and collection so there are no transport worries. Great views fro front of hotel. Breakfast was very plain but no worse than many other hotels. Wifi a but in and out. The staff were very helpful. It was the only hotel in Vietnam who insisted on charging me a dollar a night to garage my motor bike.

“Middle Road”

The hotel is OK but not for more than a couple of days. The breakfast is typical of most hotels and leaves a great deal to be desired. As usual regardless of how you order your eggs they will come as two fried eggs. I have stopped commenting. Three or four Vietnam choices which is OK but usually cold. The WiFi is useless. Spend most time rebooting. The TV was an antique but was replaced. Tours can be arranged but it is much cheaper if you use a local travel agent than booking through the hotel. There is a great little eatery next door called the Bamboo Bar. At least you can get some food

Room is comfy and accessible to city. Nice breakfast

“Good service with reasonable price in Halong ”

Staffs of the hotel were friendly. The Front Desk Manager was very helpful while we waited for the pick up, he helped us to talk to the travel agency in Vietnamese and located the driver's whereabout to save our worries. Breakfast has good selection of Viet's food (eg. soup rice noodle). Winter there could be very quiet and it is a fair distance to the pier, and 10-15 minutes to the night market /restaurants.

“Suspicious”

Although the view of the bridge is nice, there are a number of other hotels for the same price and quality, which are more central. I would not stay here again.

“방이 깨끗하다”

아침은 다양한 메뉴가 있었고 특히나 쌀국수를 따뜻한 국물로 먹은 것이 기억에 남는다. 깨끗한 방이 좋았다

住高樓層感覺不同

“Pas dans les meilleurs...”

Hôtel est propre en général, toutefois, l'Internet n'a pas fonctionné du séjour, soit 3 nuitées! Un seul employé pouvait comprendre langlais. Un peu loin de la vie de halong... Mauvais déjeuner.... Chambre avec beaucoup de moisissures. Très belle vue par contre

“pemandangan yang bagus dari tingkap yang luas”

lokasi yang sesuai untuk berihat selepas meronda di sekitar ha long bay..berihat di tepi pantai bersama penduduk tempatan...mudah mendapatkan teksi untuk ke ha long city..
