To ensure a most safe and comfortable stay for our guests we kindly ask you to observe our ‘Homestay Regulations’ as follows: 1. Kindly present your passport with the valid entry visa for the check-in. 2. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, pets. 3. Please ensure the number of guests matches the agreed amount. In case of additional guests, we will charge an extra fee of 200,000 VND per adult and child. 4. Smoking, e-cigarettes, or creating smoke inside the room is prohibited as it will trigger the fire alarm system. Please smoke on the balcony. 5. Check-out time is 11noon, otherwise, you will be charged. In case of necessity, please contact us for assistance. 6. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and wash dishes after use. A cleaning fee of 200,000 VND may apply, depending on the level of mess. 7. Please refrain from damaging or losing the resident keycard. In case of damage or loss, a fee of 150,000 VND per card will be charged. 8. Do not change or move the furniture and equipment from one place to another. They with being liable to indemnify the hotel at current prices for any losses or damages caused. By using the apartment, you agree to comply with the above rules.
