When i was first came in the room i plugged in the fan and it started with highest speed so i used the remote to turn down the speed and nothing happened / same like a hair dryer which you cannot turn on , turn off or adjust the speed The good thing was a helpful receptionist that you could call her 24/7 .

Pros was the cost of the room , very cheap at £10 pet night. However I never got one decent night sleep due to noisey selfish Chinese people , woke me up at 4 am and 6am being ridiculously loud. Why the staff doesn’t control this ?? I had to myself keep leaving my room to tell Them to shut the hell up as people are sleeping . Room not particularly clean , a maid tried entering my room st about 9:30am without knocking 1st , the room wasn’t cleaned that day after I left the room at about 11am . The receptionist was lovely but could not speak a word of English , so it was impossible to try to communicate. I guess you get what you pay for

The room wasn’t similar what I was booked. The room have bad smelling from the toilet, rain throught window into the bed and room make room wet and more dirty. The hotel make my vacation became terrible

broken chair. I could not close window so it was noisy.(The fastening on the window is broken). smells like mildew. staff opened the door when i was in the bed. I was suprised and upset. usually one young girl working at reception but she can speak only vietnam language. she has tried to settle my difficulties. but i was not satisfied.

Simple hotel. What stood out would be the helpful receptionist. He helped us with our tour plan for the day and had a wonderful suggestion for dinner place.

was hot. fan was noisy. had a camera able to see everything in our room thru the hole on top of the door, was noisy from the traffic on the street. def not recommended for foreigners

Pros. + Good location where is walkable to Dalat Market and other places by connecting alleys. + Staff has enthusiasm to help even he has lack of English skill + We missed the flight,they gave refund for one night. Cons. - Not suitable for older people because they don't have elevator also no service to carry baggage. - We booked 2 quadruple rooms. The 201 (where actually the 3rd. Floor) has a wall window that can't be opened. The another 204 is such a terrible room with 2 beds in a 20 sq.m. room. (Far different from photos),more surprisingly disappointment is NO windows. - Don't take this hotel on Summer because no AC and no windows! After all,we moved on the second night. Note : Room X01 and X05 got only wall windows and the rest is a cage.

The room we were given was their only "VIP" room and it was on the 4th(top) floor. I suppose they tried to impress us because I'm a Westerner married to a Vietnamese wife. We had to climb the stairs all the way as there is no lift. Staff were not really interested in making us feel welcome. Room facilites were adequate for a 2-1/2 Star Hotel so it's OK if you travel on a budget. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of choice in Dalat anyway, since most tourists are Vietnamese and they only require 2 Star comfort anyway.

too bad. Service no, the middle of the night the hotel is too noisy, simply can not sleep. Health is too bad, mosquitoes too much. There was no one in the worst room ever lived in Vietnam.

“ロケーションは普通”
ゴルフに行ったので、ロケーションは気にしていなかったが、まあ、中心エリアなので良かったと思う。ホーチミンから、寝台バスで早朝4:30についたが、ホテルの前に食堂があり6:00くらいからやっているので、それで朝食を食べた。このホテルはレストランがない。安ホテルにしては普通だと思う。無論、スタッフは英語はできないので、ローカル客中心。
