I had a great stay, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. My only complaint is that the beds a very, very firm to my liking and the breakfast should be changed out to something different at least two days a week instead of the same food every day. All in all I had a very nice stay for 28 days.

we wanted to treat ourselves a little so we booked a hotel instead of hostel. Seemed kinda abandoned, no other people around, could watch the traffic from the pool, not really relaxing. the rooms were clean, the beds rock hard.

Dirty walls and small rooms. Pictures look 1000 times better than in real life. Pool is good. No one available at the restaurant for ordering food or drinks. Staff in the evening wasn't very helpful with our luggage etc and had a friend sleeping on the couch. Da Nang over all not a interestesing place and all around new buildings being built.

I can not fault this hotel. The hotel is new & clean, with lovely with big rooms with nice view. Pool area of the hotel is so nice with a lovely bar. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from shops, bars & restaurants. Staff are very friendly & helpful! We had a great time at the sea seeker, I would definitely recommend!

Location wise, its a bit far from the downtown and also about 5mins walk to the beach. Huge bar infront and a hiphop bar just next to it. Not noisy, breakfast buffet so-so. Overall just okay but you could find a better one in this price.

Filthy dirty, shower drain blocked with hair, cob webs in the room, and a dreadful breakfast. Very little English spoken, some staff are borderline rude, pool is dirty and right on the main road so not at all private. The mattress is like a stone slab.....really nothing at all positive to say about this property. Do yourself a favour and stay ANYWHERE else!

Staff said water in swimming pool tomorrow. This wad untrue ad visited and photographed. No water in pool. Fan not working in room. Checked out. Phoned 2 people at Agoda. No response to complsint. No refund. Bad reviews will now go global on the internet. I think Agods are dishonest

The staff was not professional. The security need to take customer's luggages when they arrived. And prepare umbrella when it rains
