とにかくカビ臭い。 他の設備の不備は我慢でいるが部屋の空気がカビ臭いのだけは耐えられない。 喚起は小さな窓しかないので乾季の季節でも湿度が高くこもってしまう。 息をするのがつらい。 立地やスタッフの対応はいいがこのかび臭さだけはなんともならない。 ホテルキーパーもそれはわかっていて翌日は香水を部屋中に振りまいていたが数時間で元の状態。 安い理由はそこにあったのかと思い知らされた。

ミニホテルですが、予約時にコメントしてたからでしょう、夜中の3時でも無事チェックインできました。 エレベーターある冷蔵庫あり窓あり、熱湯も出るし(調節は難しいですが)、wifiも各階ごとなのでサクサクつながりました。 室内禁煙ですが、エレベーター前に灰皿つきゴミ箱があったので不自由せず。 お客さんが多く滞在してることでホテルとしてしっかり稼動してたのがよかったです。 場所柄食堂(レストラン)やミニマートの値段が高めだったのですが、VinMartが道沿いスグ、午前中開いてる市場もスグ、にあり、ローカル価格で朝食や必要物を買うことができてよかったです。

I love this simple hotel. Staff are amazing but quite limited English. Location was perfect. Close to the beach, just about 5mins away from hotel. Restaurant are close too. We book a tour from hotel, affordable price. Room and bathroom are clean.

I got a super cheap deal and it's hard to complain. However I can't get why they don't do anything about mold! It's not that hard to remove and extremely unhealthy.. The wall and doors arent clean since years and there is mold on it! A little bit of less laziness would have got 5*. Except that and the fact that the staff NEVER smile or say hi, everything was nice.

Very clean and quiet hotel, 200 m to the beach and bus 12 stop ( every 10-20 min to the centre, train and airport for 5.000vnd!), 7 km nice walk to the Marble Mountain along the sea shore. Best value for money!

The smell of room is not good, but the bed is perfect. The location is goof. They offered good scooter rent service.

Our room was nice, luxury for the price! we got the cheapest one. The only negative thing was that the window was tiny and there were no view. Really nice Staff that spoke english good enough. Would recommend it.

Staff are nice and friendly but can commuicate limited English. It is at a very good location if you want to spend most of your time on the beach(~5 min walk). Far from the city center.

The hotel is new and clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. It's near to the beach and many restaurants in 3-4 min walking distance.

The room is new, clean and very relaxable. Staff's English are limited but they're always friendly and still bale to communicate. The motorbike I rented from the hotel was not in a good condition. The hotel is near the beach but quite far from tourist area in the city, which can be both advantage and disadvantage.

I has just enjoy my vacation at Da Nang city and stayed at LeePark hotel very clean, the staff are so nice. I will return LeePart for next time.

The room is clean and convenient. The staff are so helpful. They lent us the hair dryer. The motorbike rental fee is quite cheap at about VND100k/day and VND60k/half day. The hotel is located near the Dragon Bridge, Hoang Sa street and Vo Nguyen Giap street, thus, it is convenient for traveling to many famous places such as Hoi An, Son Tra, Asia Park, Con Market, etc. As the hotel is quite near the beach, it is able to walk to the beach and visit Bien Dong park. There are many restaurants serving seafood, Da Nang's food and Hanoi's food around the hotel. There are two problems are the noise from construction at noon and the unable-to-connect wifi. In brief, this hotel is highly recommended for tourist purposes.

“朝食が貧相”
場所はいい。 部屋もきれい。 9時に着いたがやはりチェックインは14時から。 朝食がダメダメ、ﾌｫｰは一応あるがさめている。 「８－１０」時なのに9時行ったら半分もなく15分後には片付け始めた。 コーヒーもミルクも飲めなかった。
