サッター・インでの滞在を本当に楽しみました。朝食とプールが滞在の最高の部分でした。唯一の問題は最終夜でした。鍵が使えなかったので、新しい鍵をもらうためにオフィスに行きました。デスクの後ろにいた女性は爪を整えるのに忙しくて、鍵に正しい部屋番号を記入することができませんでした。助けを求めてオフィスに行き続けましたが、彼女はメンテナンスの人が利用できないと言い、何もできないと言いました。5つの異なる鍵が無効だった後、私は少しパニックになりました。もう一度オフィスに行くと、彼女はやっと電話をかけて助けてくれました。彼女はプログラムする際に間違った鍵をカードに記入してしまったことに気づきました。彼女はようやく私を部屋に入れてくれましたが、最初に助けを求めに行ったときに私の話を聞いていれば、私たち二人にとって多くの不必要なストレスを避けられたのにと思いました！

Good insulation. No road noise and there was even a 300 pound elephant stomping around in the room above me and I still was able to sleep until she came down to the front desk and started yapping about what shes having for breakfast

The place is not clean, the pool had cigarette butts in it, they wouldn’t give us extra towels to accommodate the extra people in our room and we’re pretty rude about it when asked ,there were used drug needles under our bed and I had to children with me. 100% disappointed and disgusted.

I have stayed here several times now, and the first couple of stays I did see a couple bugs, but I have not seen a bug here in months. The owners are constantly doing upgrades to the place, and the rooms are pretty standard. You have to consider that you are staying at an Econolodge. It is not the Hilton. The other comparable places to stay in the area are far less comfortable.

I recently had to rent a room for four nights because my house burned down. Not only were there cockroaches but there were people hanging out in the parking lot partying. I was scared to park and take my three year old up to my room because she fell asleep in the car ( like always). The crowd in the parking lot were so loud they woke my demon child up. I paid cash and found out my blind mother and teen age son couldn't stay because there was only one bed. I ask for a refund and was told ," ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I WAS GETTING A REFUND" THEY SUCK I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NEVER

My son stayed awhile after we left. The staff was awesome with him even with his service animals in taking care of them and learning the dogs behavior so they were aware of the signs if my son had a seizure. A special thanks to the lady who checked us in to our rooms with long dark hair sorry I forgot her name! The place will look great as long as she keeps working there. The whole staff works hard to have things go smoothly and to fix the place with all the great upgrades that are going on. Thank You we had a great time and felt safe and comfortable E.

Everything was okay until I asked for receipts after I paid on my credit card got very upset with me and told me I was not welcome back then refused to fix the bathroom toilet in my room cockroaches all over in the building.

Location is good. Biggest problem was we could hear everything from the hallway. No soundproofing at all! We could hear every conversation and footstep in the hallway. Done know if anyone has given the same feedback?

For the price we paid, rooms were comfortable, large and clean. Place is a little older, but again, for the price we paid, great value and good night sleep.

The Econo Lodge in Yuma City provided quick and easy check-in and out with friendly, courteous service from both desk staffers. Even the housekeeping staff I casually passed in the hallway greeted me in a friendly manner. The room was nice--no complaints with bed, pillows, furnishings, ventilation system, and I had been given a choice of the first or third floor. I asked which was quieter, and told the third floor, and it was quiet--I had a very good night's rest. However, there was no elevator, and the stairways are at either end of the hallways. There was no offer to carry my bags up even though it was late at night and not busy. I had looked forward to a long hot bath, but the bathtub was not equipped with a closure, so I had to settle for a shower. When I asked at the desk if they could provide me with any toothpaste, they were unable to do so. There were soap bars, shampoo, lotion, two teabags, and a few coffee packs in the room, along with a small coffee brewer, also a blow dryer. All in all, it was not a five-star experience, but it was dertainly a good value for the price.

“Agodaでの予約に関するトラブル”
私たちが到着したとき、ホテルは私たちの予約の記録がありませんでした。サポートに電話をかけたり、第三者を通じて問題を解決したりして約1時間後、私たちは部屋を確保することができました。 部屋は2つ星ホテルとしては予想通りでした。スタッフは良く、コンチネンタルブレックファーストも問題ありませんでしたが、2階は大麻の匂いがしていて、かなり騒がしかったです。ホテルの向かいにいる誰かが朝7時に音楽を大音量で流し始めて、あまり良くありませんでした。
