“HORRIBLE ”
This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in. First of all the location is in the middle of all the homeless people that wonder around all day and night. The lady that checked us in was decent enough, friendly. We asked about breakfast in the morning and she told us where it would be. So off to our room, we had to walk down this very long, dirty, dimly lit hallway. Once we found our room as we walked in we noticed a not so nice smell. As we shut the door we noticed that the door had been kicked in at some point because the door jam had been screwed somewhat back in to place, but didn’t have the top lock or chain, and didn’t seem very secure when the door was very sturdy. Walked in to the bathroom and saw that the sink had been previously shattered and glues back together. Next to the toilet paper roll on the wall, there was poop on the wall right next to the toilet paper. Pulled down the bedding and there was a big hole in the middle of the fitted sheet and it looked like the sheets were dirty. There was a stiff dirty rag laying over a Kleenex box along with someone’s personal hairdryer sitting on a side table. The alarm clock I found behind the desk on the other side of the room as it should have been. The tv, and cable box weren’t even hooked up or plugged in. We couldn’t connect to the wifi, so had to use our personal hotspot. It was noisy all night, and my husband didn’t sleep because he kept getting up to check our car out the window. Oh and yes after realizing the room didn’t have a phone, I used my cell to call the office and requested all new bedding. So after I got finished changing all the bedding I also put down blankets I had from home and our personal pillows also. There was dried food on the sides of the box spring that was all crusty and gross. So fast forward to the morning, we go in to where breakfast was supposed to be and I about crapped my pants because no lie breakfast was an assortment of 3 different little Debbie’s snack deserts.
