This resort gets bashed alot in reviews but I've stayed here twice and haven't had any issues. The room was large and clean. Had some plumbing issues but staff was very responsive and fixed them right away. The value for the money is the best in all of Dells. I can't speak to the resort rooms but Hotel Rome has been a great experience!

“The resort room was very clean and spacious, and it was very close to the park. The outdoor park has lots of fun attractions for little kids, older kids, and adults. There are many slides, including one of the tallest in America—amazing! The giant wave is super fun. There are also several roller coasters, but listen to me—the red one is an absolute beast! If you love adrenaline, it’ll be your favorite experience! There are cars you can drive around a track. They’re fun too. Overall, it was an excellent experience. A tip? If you can afford it, go during the week. We went on Saturday and Sunday, and while we had a great time, we had to wait a long time for many attractions—between 30 and 60 minutes, sometimes even more! It was really crowded. Still, with some patience, we were able to enjoy a lot. The indoor park doesn’t have as many attractions as the outdoor one, but it has a couple of fun rides. All in all, a very good experience.”

Was okay but we were a 10 minute drive to the parks. The room was nice enough, we were in a group of 4 families and the staff made sure we were all in rooms by eachother which was nice. Check in was very busy and on a different site. Disappointed with the hotel and agoda who contacted us a few nights before our stay and told is the price had gone up and they wanted us to pay more or would cancel our booking. This was very strange as when we booked we paid in full and this has never happened before. Is it even allowed? The room could have been cleaner there was food in microwave and the floors were dirty. Also the wristbands to charge drinks to the room stopped working on our second day even though we had another night before checkout. We would maybe stay again but definitely look into alternatives aswell
