到着したとき、必要なものがあればデスクに行って自分で取りに来なければならないと言われ、ルームサービスは利用できないとのことでした。それに少しがっかりしました。部屋はとても埃っぽく、掃除が必要でした。

良いホテルで、広々とした部屋、素敵な噴水の景色があります。とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ、特に素敵なフロント係のティニシャがいて、まるで自宅にいるように感じさせてくれました。彼女に心から感謝します。 場所はあまり便利ではありませんが、ダウンタウンへの無料シャトルバスがあったので良かったです。 部屋と家具は気に入りましたが、バスタブは少し古くて錆びていました。

臭いや清潔さの欠如に関するレビューはすべて真実です。部屋は汚れており（壁に物が付いている、べたつくカウンタートップやランプ、汚れたタオル、家具に傷、黄色い枕、マットレスの変なクッションがあります）。 駐車場は素晴らしいです。駐車スペースを見つけるのに問題はありません。 これは2.5つ星のホテルです。

キャンセルされたフライトのため、最後の瞬間に宿泊先を探さなければなりませんでした。午前5時に到着したにもかかわらず、ここでの予約とチェックインは簡単でした。スタッフは、航空会社が私の鞄を紛失したため、買い物に関する情報を手伝ってくれました。最も美しい場所ではありませんが、カーペットが少し汚れているように見えましたが、私にはそれは問題ではありませんでした。楽しい滞在を過ごし、短いワークアウトには十分なジムも利用しました。

Hotel is in need of serious renovations. They are short staffed and even though they say they have room service on their website they do not. Cleanliness is questionable. Though my room appeared clean my last night I saw multiple German roaches, also saw one run across the bar top on my last night with another guest. Staff is far from welcoming. Front desk seemed annoyed to be bothered, evening bar tender/ waitress would wonder away for extended periods to go talk to people despite seeing new people sitting down. They also seemed to experience a lot of computer and internet issues during my stay. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The staff was professional but no joy. You would like to see a little bit of excitement and friendliness among the staff , at least a smile, we saw nothing of that at Doubletree Hotel, West Palm Beach. Our room was facing the highway and very noisy 24 hrs/day.

Everything was very nice! Even when my reservation was messed up, I was able to get one room for free! I enjoyed my stay thoroughly!

Excellent palce to stay, if you're prepared to forego several facilities, Wifi, My use was to make additional trips arrange to go on fishingjaunts. Wifi failed for a least two days, Promises of attn but when I left it hadn't been rectified. My room was facing a motorway, double glazing was damaged so all day and night the roar of traffic, trucks motorbikes, terrible. Of course the view was also quite magnificent, a bloody motorway, I could have camped on any motorway in the world and achieved the same thing. Several other shortcomings made the stay a frustrating experience. Such a shame, to treat paying people in this way. Sorry Doubletree by Hilton but that's how I feel I was let down by your hotel. This is the 7th hilton I've stayed in and the second worst. That title goes to Hilton Hotel Stansted Airport UK

I stayed in the executive suite. The rooms were very spacious, clean, all around beautiful. Staff was nice and polite. I had a great weekend getaway.
