Older, tired motel that the owners are committed to renovating. We stop here almost every year and we see improvement everytime. Staff are wonderful as very let friendly.

First room the heater did not work. So they switched us to a room that has not been dusted in weeks. 1/2 the curtains were hanging rest was not hanging. We had to tape the curtain up with duck tape to block the window. Exterior lights were so bright, made the room like daylight BIG DRAW BACK! We like apitch black room. There was no towels, wash cloths, soaps. 1 bed had wrinkles on it like someone had laid on it before we got in there. They need to up grade to better mattresses. The ones in there was like from the 1970's, very hard,no comfort and dust flew off it when you hit your hand down on it. Their cable only got like 4 channels in. This room had a plasma tv in it. Picture wasnt very clear and could not hold a channel very long. On the website says free continental breakfast. There wasn't anything but coffee. The whole building smelled like it was burning oil all night. Stunk bad. Only good thing was they have remoded the hall and the front desk area.But you could smell like oil burning and the polyverfane they were using. The maintenance guy works for motel 6 next door and this motel. He wss the nicest part of all this. We enjoyed chatting from him. Come to find out he was from where we live at.

Check in was quick and easy . Staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was clean fresh. I would definitely stay there again .

I am not sure why this motel is listed on the reservation site under 2 different names. I originally booked it at SureStay Motel and had to cancel due to change of plans. When I went to the same site I found a room slightly cheaper than SureStay at Rest Inn and Suites Motel so I booked it. When arriving at Wells Nevada the address was confusing because the Motel at my GPS direction took us to SureStay and there was no Rest Inn and Suites. The receptionist had no explanation why both were the same place. Beware when your reserve a there are 2 different charges on the same room depending on which name you are on.
