Awesome place stay right in the heart of georgetown. Very clean, very convenient. My only complaint would be the air. Our room did not allow you to change the heating setting and it was hot as all get out! Loved everything else otherwise!

Stayed here in April for Georgetown University visit - this little hotel is perfectly located in the neighborhood close to the University, many shops and restaurants. Full kitchen in the basement and our room had access to a semi-private balcony, which was very nice!

We had a strange stay. After we arrived the general manager called to say she didn’t have our reservation. After I forwarded my booking confirmation to their email, She asked me to call Agoda myself… when I called and asked her to call (after all I’m paying them and on vacation) she said “well I’m on vacation too.” She called and confirmed indeed we did have a reservation, luckily there was a room available (just not the one we booked). What was weird is she asked me to pay using her personal Venmo (essentially cash). Her Venmo was clearly a personal, non business account… I can’t be certain but I suspect the owner would prefer to be paid directly rather than a cash payment to the general manager (who is on “vacation”… and apparently can’t keep track of reservations).

“nice for short stay”
Fabulous location, room is the smallest I have ever stayed in. Teeny tiny and impossible to get around for more than one person. Super clean, and coffee was solid, although K-cups are the worst! I would recommend a higher end coffee approach.
