全体的に、私のエクステンデッドステイはまずまずでしたが、改善の余地があります。宿泊料金は宿泊施設の質に見合った平均的なものでした。場所はまあまあでしたが、観光地には歩いて行けませんでした。施設の清 cleanliness は改善の余地がありました。スタッフは、限られた接触に基づいてまあまあでした。設備は不足しており、利用可能なアメニティは限られていました。滞在中、ハウスキーピングが見られず、朝食もありませんでした。全体として、改善の余地はあるものの、私の滞在は支払った金額に見合ったものでした。

テレビチャンネルが乱れていて見ることができず、オフィスは電話に出ず、テレビを修理してもらえませんでした。浴槽の蛇口には蛇口が付いておらず、広告にあった無料の朝食もありませんでした。フロントデスクの女性は、私のテレビは朝まで待たなければならないと言ったので、映画もテレビも見ずに待ちました。そのため、すべての料金を支払ったので、割引か返金が必要です。

We thought we had a nice room until we started looking around! There was candy in a closet, ants, pills in the fireplace, trash under the bed. We was going to go to the pool and it was green! Next time I will pay more and stay somewhere else….

When we went to check un the entrance for the lobby was caution taped off and it was dark, hard to figure out how to get in.

Room was clean and comfortable. There was a pile of linens for the entire time we where there. A lot of questionable people wandering about could have just been due to the very cold and snowy conditions at the time. Over all I was satisfied.

When we got to the property there was police looking for a robbery suspect, then we had to walk down a dark dimmly lit hallway to get to the elevator. Once we got to the room the door looked like it had been kicked in plus it only opened up half way, it was a lot of activity in the parking lot for hours every night and the last night of staying there I got woke up to someone beating on my door demanding me to open up (obviously they had the wrong door) if you just want somewhere to keep your stuff and sleep, then leave in the morning then yeah this the place, next time I will be staying at the Hampton inn & suites

Room was NASTY to say the least. Spilled coke all over floor, room phone, wet soggy cigarette butts on sticky floor, a BK drink lid WITH MOLD GROWING ON IT on floor the bed skirt wet and stained from spilled drink, bm and urine and period blood left on toliet seat. Room was supposed to have a sleeper sofa in living room, does it??? Nope! Just a CHAIR & and best for last.... There is not a stitch of carpet ANYWHERE in this room and i walk from one side to the other in bare feet ( doing the black foot hotel carpet check) and the bottom of my feet are as balck as the midnight sky... My question... What is going to be done to make this right?? Btw i tried to give no stars on cleanness but it would not let me give less than 2 😤

We booked to include breakfast for two night stay. Front desk says have not served breakfast for over a year. Am disabled (cane user). They put us one second floor. Did not clean room after one night. Room door stuck badly enough that floor is gouged out. Closing door sounded like someone was injuring a small animal. I'm sure other guests hated us.

I will never use your website to book nor stay at that location ever again. I have pictures of the room I was in which was smoking and I didn't book smoking and very poorly kept. Beyond disappointed with my stay.

(now an Americas best value inn)Room was old, shower was luke warm, coffemaker dirty and sticky, fridge had left items in it, laundry room dirty and nasty. Overall pretty unpleasent, was nonsmoking room but had burn marks all over sink and some of the furniture (they did try to sand it down, but left unfinished.

あなたたちが$100のデポジットを請求するなんて大胆ですね、部屋は描かれている通りではありませんでした… 引き出しベッドはなく、テレビは動きません… スライディングガラスドアは壊れていてハンドルがなく、ドアノブもありません、クローゼットの天井は水漏れしています、冷房を使っていたせいです… まだ修理に来ていません… ドアには大きな隙間があり、内部が非常に冷たく、ヒーターが追いつきません… バスタブの水は絶えず流れています… 冷蔵庫の下半分は機能していません… 何も対処されていません。そして、汚れたカーペットと立ち水の臭いがする部屋で私は喫煙できないと言われるなんて… まるで煙が次のゲストにとって悪化させるかのように！ デポジットを返して欲しいです！ あなたたちは本当におかしいです！
