I've been coming to this hotel for over 20 years. I have always had a positive experience staying here, but after 2 trips this past year I can honestly say the quality has gone down. Both times upon arriving we waited close to 30 minutes to check-in. The first time was because no one was working the front desk for a good half-hour while we waited alone. We literally had to go find someone to come help us. The second time there was only me and another couple and the girl at the counter looked unsure of how to do her job. When we got our room, there were white stains on the red throw that they put on the bed, so it clearly hadn't been washed. Also, one night our "non-smoking" room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that we went down to tell the staff because it literally smelled like people had been smoking in our room. Lastly, one morning two of the cleaning staff got into a verbal altercation outside our room at about 8 am, waking everyone up.

Front desk staff was awesome! However, the young lady learning to drive the courtesy airport van never even acknowledged me when she picked me up at the airport. Maybe this is petty of me but also, I thought one of them would have opened the door for me but that didn’t happen either.

The room was nice and seemed clean. The only downside was there were no wash cloths in the room. The cafe/bar had EXCELLENT food at a REASONABLE price and it wasn't overly salty like so many are these days. Kudos to the chef!

Pass on the hotel information to the hotel. I drove over 8 hours then had to sit in the hotel lobby for over 1 hour, then had to go to another hotel that was supposed to be 3 star and it was not. Not happy at all and very dissapointed with Priceline for connecting me with Agoda. I had to spray the hotel aupo arrival. It had an unpleasant aroma.

I was very upset cause I booked the hotel for my daughters 16 birthday an the sole reason was for her an her friends to b able to go swimming an not once did anyone tell us that the pool was closed an myself an my daughter was very upset I think U guys should have gave me a betted discount or a free stay so not fair
