There was trash out side the rooms our bathroom had no toilet paper

Many semi homeless black people sitting outside till 1 or 2 in the morning talking and laughing smoking being very disruptive it seems like it's almost a transient hotel when you pull up to your room. Apparently a lot of these people live in the hotel full time which is never a good sign of a decent place

Bathroom was dirty. Smokers in non-smoking rooms. Yappy dog in next room. Bathroom had minimal shelf space for toiletries. Lock mechanism on door did not work well. Good location next to freeway, restaurants, and gas stations.

“A disaster from the word go! ”
Did not have the rooms as booked. Blood on sheets in BOTH rooms I booked. Rooms were not made up when we got home late. Staff was fighting in the lobby. Flies in our room.
