I was stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The Lobby look fine and the Hotel location is good. The Bedroom look very tired and needs renovation. The shower did not work properly. Bathroom look old too.

We stayed here for a particular event and hotel staff is very accommodation and helpful. WE have materials (flyers, tarpaulin, etc) by box which they took care for us prior our arrival.

“Worst customer service - They did not honor my 3rd party bookings”
We had made our reservation through a booking site. We had picked a room which included breakfast, which was clearly stated on our booking confirmation. The front desk manager Silvia refused to honor this on the basis that the third party booking agent had apparently used an incorrect rate (strange because our rate was the same, with breakfast, on Holiday Inn website the day before we finally booked). She had us call customer support at our booking agent, on our vacation time, washing her hands off the matter because she said the deal had been made between us and the booking agent and not Holiday Inn. Such textbook material bad service just ruined it for us which is sad for the other otherwise friendly staff. They lost us, my family and whoever I can warn as customers forever. Is it all worth the $60 Mrs Silvia saved made over three days by making their customer irate? You be the judge and you’ve been warned. Agoda has gracefully refunded our breakfast. That is good service.
