I enjoyed my stay. There were some hiccups like not receiving my check in information when I arrived (it was all resolved very smoothly) and discovering an old bandaid stuck to bed sheets. But location was great (though wish I knew about certain areas around hotel that should not be visited) and really good deal for a price, especially compared to other places and hotels I checked.

I'm not typically a negative reviewer. This is a giant commercial air Bnb. There is no staff. People will party all night and you have no way to get the to quiet down. It appears they purchased an old apartment, evicted those living there and converted it to an Airbnb. You need to have a working mobile phone plan for check in and to see door codes. For international and older people this is a problem. Not one person to speak with, no front desk, and not a single hotel style amenity. Do not expect for you to be a Le to leave bags at the check-in if your flight is arriving early in the day.

Excellent facility. Love contactless check-in etc. and incredible location. Booking through Agoda not very good though as all Kasa communication went through Agoda and I never received it Fortunately I’ve stayed at this hotel before so I knew to contact Kasa ahead of time, otherwise it would have Ben a very difficult check-in

Nice place. Pike’s place is just a 5 min walk. The location is good. Many restaurants around the area… Room is clean and neat…

“Good Location”
Just stayed one night. First time experience with virtual entry/exit. The code at the door didn’t work so can only unlock through the app . So, if no WiFi or phone, you are stuck !! The inside was cute, and clean.
