If you plan to travel or visit downtown Seattle area, this is probably the cheapest and reasonable option you can find. It's during COVID so they don't clean your room if you stay more than one night. I don't think it's fair since they can come when you are not in the room. The room is clean and you have ever standard items you expect. Everything work perfectly. The wall is not completely sound proof so if you neighbor is loud you can hear it. We did not have that problem at night and only heard some laughing in the morning. The staff is helpful and friendly but we had to ask twice for fresh towels. The parking on the property is $19/night ($23.48 with fee and tax). DON'T PARK at the hotel. Seattle has lots of street parking and you can park on street literally right next to the hotel for free from 6pm - 8 am. You just need to wake up at 8am and pay-by-phone for parking for $0.5/hour with 10 hours maximum. You can pay at the station but I really recommend downloading the application and paying with your phone.

I payed more for a veiw, which I got; however, the window dosn't close all the way leaving an 1/4 space for all the city noise and bugs to get in (thankfully I wasn't on the first floor were someone could just pull the window open.) The staff at the front desk said that maintanece is aware of the issue (and, laughed it off like some joke), which is surprising considering that this is one of their "premium rooms." I ended up shoving one of the sheets in between the gap to cut out the street noise; It really did take a whole qween sheet to fill the gap, and it helped. However, even though I was able to reduce the street noise, I wasn't able to reduce the noise of the heater/air conditioner; even turning it off didn't help. There was this tap, tap, tap noise constantly. I thought it was a mouse chewing on somthing, or water dripping from the unit, but I didnt see eaither, and I couldn't figure out what it was, other than annoying, whithout pulling the whole unit apart, which I considered doing at 2am because it kept waking me up. I was on the third floor and took the back exit, it wasn't until half way to the first floor that I noticed a sighn that said emergency exit only, and somthing about a $500 fine if you exit the first floor door because it will set the alarm off. That was all fine and dandy, however, seeing the trash and food on the first floor of the apparent "emergency exit" was discusting . I think I seen a mouse too. I didn't go all the way down to the first floor after noticing the sign and the disgusting mess, however. There was also music playing, which also deterred me from going any further. If the hotel management is reading this, I suggest you check out your back exit; you may have people living in there. Overall, the room could use an update(yet, the room was very clean). For seven years I managed income based housing, and we put in more of an effort than this hotel; even some of the pictures on the walls in my room where hung crooked (perhaps a c

The hotel was perfect for my family of 3. We had a great view, everything was clean and the hotel was close to the airport. The two people that helped me at the front desk were friendly and did a great job.
