サンフランシスコのしない中心がにあって移動しやすい。だが、夜は全体的に暗くて市内からホテルまで戻るのは少し緊張でした。スタッフさんも親切、朝食にりんごやオレンジ、パン、牛乳など美味しかったです。

The hotel has no parking we went for two hours looking for parking before we finally found were we paid 40 usd. the room was dirty, the sheets stained and clearly not washed and we asked for a different room which turned out to be even worse . l would never return to this place

Staff member asked to keep my ID with him at the front desk and I said no. He didn’t like that I also found a bed bug in my room and I had to leave early

We booked this hostel because it said free breakfast but at check inn I asked and they said there is no breakfast because there is not too many people and that was a lie.there was blood all over the walls and green phlegms the carpet hasn't been cleaned hence they opened the hotel most disgusting thing I ever seen,the view from only window was of just a wall full of garbage the smell would make you feel like throwing up all the time the badroom floor full of mold and bed bugs in the beds.tv didnt work it is incredible that there is no any kind of control and a place like this is allowed.I have travel around the world always staying and cheap hostels or 5 dollar motels and this is the first time I complain because j was just beyond unacceptable I left ,I wouldn't even let my dog stay in that place.

Because of the times we're in. With A Disease all around the world. I feel a need to do business with people who, i feel, is honest, Appreciative, amd want to get thru this tough time we're in... I may be intrested in a better price for a longer stay. The stay offered a breakfast each morning,but staff, and food companies are very limited. I understand. Everyone is bracing for all situations to get worse. I wish this hotel much success. R.LEWIS # 209

Good location, about 15min walk to Union Square. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Room: Carpet was very dirty, whole room not clean. Looks like they only vacuum the walkways. Only 1 power station in the room worked. We stayed on the 3rs floor. Only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom for the whole floor. Bathroom: floor dirty and no where to put your bag/clothes. Water was very hot. Great pizza shop across the road as well as a corner store. Location was fine

The hotel was ok although it's true that you get to be bothered by the shouting of the homeless folks at night. The hotel's cleanliness standard should be revisited. If you don't plan to change the carpeting, at least shampoo/vacuum it daily.

There was no place for parking the car since we arrived late, so we parked in the street. but there were a lot of homeless people on the streets and they lit a big fire (as high as 2 houses). Lots of firemen and police. does not feel nice if your car is parked in that street. Staff was helpfull. Breakfast was disappointing, only toast with jam

A cart and cardboard box on the street probably is cleaner and smells better then this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Okay well maybe to a wrecking ball driver to knock it down! Blood stained sheets with hair and bed bugs. Staff is horrible and rude!

Accessible location with easy access to trains and buses. It’s quite colourful with the people in the vicinity but generally safe.

Our stay here was a nightmare! The rooms are super small and without bathrooms - well, so much was obvious before the booking, so no reason to be surprised or upset. But inside the little room (luggage? no way!) was a disaster. Walls filthy with sponges and dirt, the window not able to be opened (and no aircon!), bed linen dirty - really disgusting! As we were there in summer and almost melted, we got a fan and a piece of wood we could use to keep the window a bit open at least (without the piece of wood it would have closed back immediately - but as it was not really fixed, the glass was due to fall out twice...). Really, really bad place.

Needs some minor maintenance through the hotel, fixing broken baseboards, replacing broken in half blind, floor and scratches in the elevator. Breakfast is very basic. Bread, butter and jam, cereal and oatmeal. I am not a fan of any of it. No protein at all.

The location isn't the greatest. But definitely a bargain for the price. A friend and I stayed here. Easy to locate. Close to a shopping mall as well as Fisherman's Wharf. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Restrooms are shared but not a problem. The rooms themselves are pretty small but we didn't spend much time in there anyways. If you're looking for a bargain, book this place. Oh breakfast is included.
