Stayed 1 night for my daughters 16th birthday (took her to see RENT). Good location, cool room, but no food and waaaaay too expensive parking.

really liked the hotel and the old vintage look in the rooms. great helpful staff, very friendly. clean rooms . i hated the area outside. too many homeless people all over including around union area, they blady crap on the streets with no care that people are walking there. you have to watch your steps all the time as you will step on human poo. truelly gross. i hope the leaders in the govenment does something about this. we even saw people taking drugs in broad daylight. no one did anything to us but we felt so unsafe walking the streets. if we ever go to San Fransico again, we will stay in the wharf area, seemed so much better.

Went to a SF Giants game so we looked for something close by for 1 night. Location was super convenient and the staff was so nice! Never stayed at a boutique hotel before and I don't know why. We absolutely loved the theme/ decor, bay window, fireplace, HUGE bathroom and of course, the nice staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

“A quick one night stay. Convenient location.”
A big room on top floor, with a very comfortable bed. Dated decor, but this doesn't detract from stay Well located, just a couple of blocks from Union Square and main transport routes. Friendly and helpful staff Thus hotel fulfilled our needs. Negatives are all outside the hotel. On a busy road, so lots of traffic noise. Therevare a lot of homeless people outside hotel. Also drug dealing and usage right outside lobby on side street. Whilst using lobby computer one of the homeless was urinating against hotel wall. Drug addicts using heroin and crystal meth within 10 yards of hotel entrance..
