great place and service was great. christina at the front desk was very polite and helped us with our requests for a firmer pillow, water heater, etc very promptly. could the hotel upgrade the soundproofing though (our room literally shook when the neighbour closed the door) and also invest in better toilet flushes. (had to change my room because the first time because 1/2 of flush modes was not working) other than that, lovely place to stay. will recommend my friends and family to try.

Loved this place as Hotel Vitale, now 1Hotel has added their touch to the space: hello signature scent and living walls. (Because of this transition do not expect a 1Hotel Miami lobby) I am not particularly attached to hotels, but I only stay here when in San Francisco. The location is tremendous, away from the usual hotel zones (Union Sq, Fisherman’s) get a Bay Bridge view and watch the sunrise come up over the water to feel your soul renewed. Food at Terrene is delicious (and pricey), splurge on yourself. Great breakfast options 7-11am. Love the staff, they’re the heart and soul of this place!

Enjoyed my stay. Location is very good, got their ebikes for a trip to gg bridge. Place is well renovated modern look with large rooms. I even used the Yoga mattress in the room which was pleasant. Price is high, but I do think you get what you pay for in this case. I would suggest to replace all the shower heads, they are low quality and break all the time.

Hotel is located at the edge of San Francisco financial district. The famous Ferry Building is just across the street. It is also within easy walking distant to the shopping area. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant next to the lobby area which is very good.
