Sheraton is a comfortable base to stay for a few nights while looking around SLC. The staff are incredibly kind. When my shower only pumped out freezing water, I was immediately given a new room and coupons for free breakfast for each morning of my stay. The breakfast is ok, fairly standard. It's walking distance to a nice mall, but there are quite a few homeless around - expect to be asked for money. Some very good restaurants nearby. Frustratingly there were quite a few quests who didn't wear masks, and they were nit asked to put one on. But overall, a decent hotel.

Clean room. Spacious toilet and vanity area. Convenient to park and enter from the side doors for guests. Aircon/heater was quite noisy.

Clean, fancy, comfortable bed and pillow, everything we needed within the hotel.. Starbucks, restaurant, bar and TVs. Only con, was they forgot our room service drink but for the price of the stay.. It was still awesome.

My check in process was fast & friendly. We were also given an upgrade with my starwood membership, which gave us access to the club lounge. The location of the hotel was super convenient, lots of restaurants, shops, bars and the mall was within walking distance even in the middle of winter.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious. The hotel club lounge and breakfast buffet was also very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and help, especially the shuttle bus drivers.

Reservation booked thru Agoda, which I paid Agoda. Sheraton charged my card too. Staff were not familiar with how to issue a refund for their oversight. Management was not available to discuss. It took 5 phone calls for a refund! It's an older property. Not all rooms have elevator access. Some rooms are split level such as a loft. Shower head had to be replaced on day 3 of my stay. They were replacing the floor in lobby. They were working on elevators, so one was always down. Location was excellent for my business need! The shuttle driver was courteous and their best asset this trip!
