Rooms were very dirty and smelled pretty bad to the point I got sick. Floors were sticky in the rooms and dusty, me and my fiance refused to walk on those floors w/out shoes on. The staff customer service was very poor. I've stayed in many hotels and this one by far was our worst experience.

Terrible. 1 night was enough. It smelled like cigarettes even though I requested non smoking. The floor of the hotel was paper as they were doing remodeling in the hallways. The ac was so loud and made it hard to sleep. The window glass was so thin you could hear every noise outside. The microwave and stove everything looked old rusty and dirty. Never again. I wanted to literally just sleep in my car after I saw the place. I was in a hurry and had to book something I did not read the reviews unfortunately. Never will I book there again!!!

There was a crackhead (no joke) in the hallway for about 6-hours picking the floor. I have videos and pictures to prove it (took to show company so we wouldn't book anymore employees here)

Nothing really no internet connection it was very loud on the floor that my family was on an the hallway was dirty. I called headquarters this hotel really needs to step it up and we rewashed the sheets they didn’t look clean at all. I will not give this hotel a 8-9 or a 10 because they need to do better and make it smell better than it did.

There was no carpet. Floors were sticky. TV didn't work. Room was close to the lobby. It was loud and noisy even after 10 pm when it was supposed to be quiet. We had to ask for towels to be replaced. We never felt safe. Random people off the street were coming to use the pool. Random people were always hanging out in the lobby talking to the desk clerk which is part of the reason we felt so unsafe! We will NEVER stay at this place again!!!!

I am going to give you an honest review. I was terrified to stay in this hotel due to the cleanliness aspect. I walked in the room for the first time and the moldy smell could have knocked me out. The bathroom was not clean there was hair in the sink from the previous guest, counters and night stands had marks on them from previous guest, the bed sheets and pillow cases appeared to be dingy and not clean, mirror in the bathroom had water marks on it and had not been cleaned. I had to purchase my own pillows and blanket due to this. I have stayed at many hotels and this is by far the most disappointing experience ever. I did not feel safe in this hotel.

Found this hotel online, from looking at the pictures it looks decent. Got there to find it is dirty and nothing like the pictures. Either fix it up or take current photos. The room also smelled awful. I rented it and was unable to make it, so I transferred to my sisters name. She went in and saw how awful it was and left.

I would recommend this hotel at this price for anyone and I plan on staying here again. The pool was down but within 12 hours they had it fixed!

Conveniently located for access to NAS or downtown. Reasonable rates. Clean, comfortable rooms. Kitchenette in room. I would stay here again.

I realize price was not as high as other places but things could have been much better. Little things matter and make a huge difference. Cleaning of room was not done daily. Room was not clean under beds or sink or around toilet. Toilet moved every time you sat on it. Subfloor needs replaced around toilet and in room. AC leaked water and a large area of the carpet was wet from that. Mattress had a sunken area in middle. Hallways were dark and carpet in hallway needs replaced as it was ripped. Area around swimming pool was covered in droppings from trees. Pool needed to be vacuumed as well. Keeping the inside clean would help. Location was not an issue at all as it was close to most things. Male staff member on evenings was nice and helpful. Large refrigerator. Microwave worked well. Kitchen cabinets not clean inside. Good water pressure in shower.

Really nice hotel. Location was very close to base so picking up my girlfriend was easy. Had a great experience, everything went very smoothly.

I didn't have any problems with my stay. Check-in was easy, and even though I arrived late, they had no problem with keeping my room reserved. All the appliances worked, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the vending machines in the lobby. However, as a female traveling alone, the area around the hotel made me nervous, so I wouldn't go outside at night. But everything in the hotel was great, and staff was very friendly and helpful!

Uno dei peggiori in cui siamo stati nel nostro viaggio in Florida era davvero molto sporco all’entrata c’era un tanfo di gas, la stanza puzzava di muffa! La stanza non veniva pulita di mattina! Nel prezzo non era inclusa neanche la colazione.

“Run down”
Not in a great place of town, the building is run down, and they didn’t have a machine to make you a key… you had to be personally let in to a room or have one person stay in the room at all times to open it.
