ここでは8時間しか過ごしませんでしたが、とても良い体験でした。フロントデスクのアイビーに特別な感謝を。彼女の緊急の書類印刷の手助けは非常に感謝されました。素晴らしいサービスをありがとうございました！

When checking in the staff person did not greet me or acknowledge that I was there. She was on the phone and had a child behind the counter with her, she continued to hang up and make two other calls before finally helping me. I let her know I had a reservation and have her my ID. She simply took it, found my reservation, and handed me room cards…. She didn’t say thank you, no information about breakfast, checkout, obtaining clean towels, the pool, nothing. The room was hot, pretty clean but the drain in the tub did not work and was full of scum and hair when you lifted it out of the hole. We only had 2 towels for a family of 5 (including a baby), at first the power seemed not to work so we had to walk around flipping every switch and button until we got it to work. The AC only ran for about 10 min at a time so we kept having to adjust it and turn it back on to cool the room down. When you turned the microwave on the tv glitched out so you had to turn one off while the other was in use. Our room smelt like stale cigarette smoke so we had to spray it with Febreeze, the pool was closed the entire time we were there, breakfast was very plain-just a cold bagel option (no toaster), muffin, microwave sandwiches, cereal bars, and danishes were pretty much it. We asked for a few more towels on day 2 and were told they’d bring them to our room for us but when we got back that night they never had. I had to approach room service in the morning of day 3 to ask for towels and then give them our dirty ones for trade. When checking out I wanted a receipt so I went to the counter and could not find a staff person. After about 10 min of wandering around the lobby and repeatedly approaching the desk, someone said, “Can I help you?” The staff person was in the office in the pitch black covered up with blankets sleeping. I told her I was checking out and wanted a receipt. I was then told to leave my room key cards on the desk and they would email me one. I said I’d like it printed and

Stayed a night clean place, quite, hot water, heater/ac works, eating places within a walking distance, nothing to complain about!

The Motel is older and is showing it's age but the staff do their best to keep up with the maintenance. The owners should start investing in upgrades. It is clean and in a good location. It is a good value for the money.
