これは私が今まで泊まった中で絶対に最高の「ホテル」です。ホテルの便利さを持ったコンドミニアムのようでした。例えば、毎日清潔なタオル、ルームサービスなどがあります。 これからはミニ getaway の際には、ここに泊まることに決めました！

私たちは記念日のお祝いのためにオレンジビーチに来ました。予約をした瞬間から、ホテルインディゴとのコミュニケーションは素晴らしかったです。到着中に私たちの部屋が早く準備が整ったと知らせるために電話をかけてくれました！フロントデスクのスタッフは知識が豊富で、親しみやすく、プロフェッショナルで、フレンドリーでした。部屋は清潔で快適で、バスルームの照明も素晴らしかったです（女性の方、わかりますよね）。唯一の後悔は、1泊しか予約しなかったことです。このホテルは素晴らしいです！私たちは絶対に戻ってきます。

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful Beaches. Great facilities. Huge room and bed. Ultra clean. Great view. Trails, fishing swimming, restaurants,shopping. I was completely taken by this marvelous beach and Hotel Indigo was impressive,! Wish I lived alot closer!

Great sized suite on 4th floor with private balcony offers great view of the Gulf, but the road noise is pretty significant since the beach is across the highway. The $50 per day fee for the privilege of charging things to your room is ridiculous so just don’t charge anything to your room and the fees drop off at check-out. The pool bar is open from 10am-4pm which is very inconvenient and only Thursday-Sunday besides. Pool is nice as is the fire pit. Access to the state park bike trail was great fir taking a cool off break at Planet Smoothie located next to hotel. No water bottles provided in room which for the price would have been nice. Exceptionally clean. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. Would we stay here again? Maybe, since we know the minor limitations.

Very pet and family friendly clean fresh property. Not on the Gulf side, but water views and in close proximity to the beach, literally across the street. Outside pool, spa very nice!

Hotel was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Board games and books available for use, pets water bowls and treats throughout the lobby. Indoor pool (handicap accessible) and a beautiful outdoor pool with a nearby outdoor bar. Inside bar and restaurant beautifully decorated. The hotel is even better than the website pictures. We saw the beach shuttle operating everyday. Just FYI: I don't believe the Hotel Indigo actually offers a 'free breakfast' although i saw it at the top of their website when booking thru agoda. Overall we Loved this hotel and the service we received, can't wait to go back!

It's difficult to give ratings since I was never allowed past the front door. I planned a nice weekend getaway to propose to my girlfriend. Everything went well-- she said yes- until we went to check in at the Hotel Indigo. The gentleman at the front desk said he couldn't give us a room because I wasn't 25. No, I'm 24, and nowhere was there anything posted stating that you had to be 25 to stay at this hotel. It was late at night, and every other hotel in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach was fully booked. My perfect weekend was ruined. He said he would remove the charge from my card, but that remains to be seen. Either way they have left a very bad impression on us.

インディゴホテルは便利な場所にあり、追加のアメニティ（ジム/屋内プール）が設備を理想的にしました。 課題：高額な費用に加えて、返金不可のペット料金には驚きました（ホテルに電話した際に教えてもらえませんでした）。 全スタッフは顧客トレーニングが必要です。ザック（フロントデスク）を除けば、チームはゲストを迷惑者として扱いました。管理職やフロントデスクのスタッフが頭を下げてゲストを無視していることに驚きました。これは単なるトレーニングの問題です。 温かい歓迎、特別な瞬間、そして心温まるお別れは、彼らの日常業務に根付くべきです。残念ながら、そうではありません！
