We had the best experience. I reached out if they could do anything special for the room for our honeymoon and they decorated our room with the most beautiful details & some treats also. They definitely went above and beyond & we are so grateful. The staff are the greatest asset to Edge, each person was amazing to deal with over the 6 day we were there. It’s about 30mins train to the main attractions in manhattan which wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommend!

Only issue is the rooms have no mini refrigerators so that was very disappointing cause I had food and had to throw it out.

I can't thank your staff enough for their help and kindness. We stayed at your hotel because my husband was having heart bypass surgery at Columbia Presbyterian and everyone from the front desk to cleaning staff were so wonderful and made an otherwise stressful situation so much more manageable. Thank you!

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family. 20 mins from Times Square on the underground which is only a block away. Great diner nearby for breakfast and if you like a sports bar nothing can beat Fort Washington a 5 minute walk away. Nice clean little hotel with nice staff would come again

We ended up staying here because most of the closer to downtown hotels are either booked or super expensive. This is one’s reasonably priced considering it’s a little far from downtown (30 mins subway ride). It’s very close to the 168 subway station though (2 minutes walk). We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Staff are all nice and friendly , rooms and facilities are very well maintained. Great value for money.

The staff were great and friendly, and the room was very modern, with a beautiful bathroom. However, there was no fridge or microwave in the room, even though there was provision for both be in the room. One has to go to the bottom floor to use these - rather inconvenient. Also, parking was expensive. A suggestion is for the hotel to maybe partner with the parking on 165th & St Nicholas to create cheaper parking for hotel guests. Other than these 2 cons, the hotel was ok.

“スタッフの方はとても優しい”
円安の時期に滞在したので、ホテルの料金はとても高かったですが、スタッフは全員とても優しく紳士的でした。清掃の方々も、親切です。周囲の治安も悪くはなかったです。地下に自由に使えるリラックスルームがあり、ソファ、テレビ、電子レンジが置いてあり自由に使えます。 冷蔵庫が部屋にないので買い置きが出来ないことがデメリットかなと思います。
