Horrible staff is rude manager doesn't speak English nor does he care about his customers staying the elevator always smells the sheets and comforters don't get changed just spread the bed. The bathrooms smell not cleaned proper the prices of the rooms are outrageous especially for the location customers is horrible and the lightening in the Windows only some rooms have shade

The problem was not with the hotel. The problem was, our connecting flight from CAK, made us late for our Atlanta connection to NYC. Therefore, we were not at Comfort Inn and did not get to use our hotel room. We paid for the room, but were unable to stay in it because of Delta Airlines.

Keep in mind, this isn't the Ritz-Carlton, but the location is ideal, the week day prices are good. The rooms are very clean and neat. My biggest problem I encountered was the plumbing. The tub was clogged and the toilet wouldn't flush. The parking area was very tight. If you have a full size car it's not going to fit in the parking space which is only about eight spaces. One more thing I noticed, if you get a king size bed it's lacking space to move around. It's not a hotel you would want to spend a week in. The rooms are very small, maybe it's typical of NYC hotels. Over all with the exception of the plumbing the rating could have received another star in the economy hotel rating.

Location is not feel safe and difficult to find. Only coffee in the morning. The room rate is high,might be it is saturday night. Facility is acceptable.

Idéal pour un séjour d'une nuit maximum. L'emplacement n'étant pas super. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon.

“Stayed here for even at Barclays Center”
Staff was very friendly & helpful. Not the best location. It was located in a pretty tuff neighborhood in Brooklyn. Rooms were clean but there was an influx of people coming in & out of the hotel. Some look intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. On one occasion there where people smoking drugs right next to our car in the hotel parking lot. Told staff about the situation & was informed that the hotel had some type of government assistance program & some of their clients were the best.
