南米のかえりにニューヨークに寄ったときに滞在。南米にいたせいか値段がとても高く感じた、また部屋がとにかく狭くて収納がないので荷物が部屋中に溢れた。

あまり期待していなかったのですが、あまりにも快適だったので５泊全てをここに宿泊してしまいました。今迄１２カ所同じ様なホテルに宿泊しましたがベスト３にはいります。別にこれと言った特徴はないのですが快適に過ごせました。

デラックスダブルという部屋に泊まったがとにかく狭い。ベット、壁掛けテレビ、シャワー、トイレがあるだけだと考えて良い。コートも掛けられないし、２つのスーツケースを広げると部屋はいっぱいになってしまう。ただ、ロケーションは良いと思う。ミッドタウンからは少し離れるが、比較的静かな場所で、駅（８６st）からも近く近くにデリ（コンビニ）もある。「ホテルでは静かにゆっくり寝れればよい」と思っている人にはお勧めできる。

No room to put luggage anywhere. You can spread your arms and touch both walls. It's like you're sleeping in a cup board.

I was thrilled to find a boutique type hotel in my old neighbourhood. For the most part it was really perfect. The good points: 1. Location: upper west side, right next to 86th street station. Lots of good places to eat. 2. Very modern and clean (except for the windows- like most of NYC they never seem to get cleaned and are hard to see out of!) 3. Reasonably priced. 4. En suite. Bathroom small but clean and modern. Good strong shower. 5. Beds comfortable. I was travelling with teenage daughter so I was thrilled that they offered a twin room with two single beds. They were very comfy. I did find the bed very hot, which was weird considering the air-conditioning. Thank goodness for the functioning air-conditioning! 6. You can leave your luggage when you checkout to pick up later. This is great. Downsides: 1. Our room was no 401 and right next to the elevator. The elevator 'bings' twice every time it reaches a floor and you can hear this. Bring ear plugs. Otherwise the place is really very quiet- which is amazing being so close to Broadway. 2. The staff were FINE. But it would have been nice to have them try to be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. Some training in the regard would be great. 3. Very small table/desk, so not ideall if you are travelling for business and expect to get work done. I have stayed in even smaller places though so it wasn't bad. Overall I think it was well worth it.

Perfect location! Rooms are small, typical of NYC but very clean!! In fact, even common areas are very clean. Access to 24-hour coffee machine/microwave very convenient. Will stay again!

I stayed here for four days and my keys kept demagnetizing for no reason although I never keep them near my phone. I told the front desk that THE DOORLOCK WAS BROKEN, BUT NO ONE CAME FIX IT AND I WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED TO CHANGE ROOMS. I HAD TO CHANGE MY KEYS FIVE TIMES!!!!!I called the front desk, and they had me come downstairs several times for four days to get another pair instead of coming up to help. There were two people at the front desk every time I had this problem, and nobody came to my room to help me except for one time. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE.

We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was so clean. The room fit our needs and it was so close to where we wanted to be. It was so quiet and it was great fun going to the coffee room on the 6th floor to just see a few people. There is a patio so some people were sitting outside with blankets enjoying the evening. We stayed in a room with a bunk and we had plenty of room to move about in the room. The bathroom is very spacious. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Nice clean place, friendly staff and excellent location. Room wasn't the biggest but great value for money. WiFi was a bit slow maybe because I had a corner room. Had a nice stay.

The Belnord is conveniently located close to the ABCD lines and even closer to the 123. Despite being just a couple of blocks from Central Park, the hotel is very quiet at night. This was a great location for a 4-day stay in the city, with quick access to my family uptown and our off-Broadway show downtown. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone planning a short trip in Manhattan who doesn't plan to stay in the very small (by American standards) hotel room for more than a couple of hours each day.

Rooms are tiny, we thought rooms in Tokyo were small but these rooms made Tokyo hotels look like a mansion. Good location is a plus and the rest is what you get in a budget motel..

Pros - - Location. Near the Subway station, Central Park and musuems - Quiet neighborhood - Good staff service. Responsive and helpful. Big shout out to Cherry for the great service! - Clean rooms and hot/cold water - luggage room so you can leave your items even after you checkout - free drinking water. Cons - rooms are small. No surprises though with the price and location benefits - wifi is very very slow. I almost did not use it. They need to improve this

호텔룸은 리뉴얼을 하서 깨끗한 편이였지만 방과 욕실이 비좁고 지정한 퀸사이즈 침대가 설치된 룸은 거의 공간이 없어서 답답한 느낌이 있었슴. 창은 다른 건물과 바로 마주하고 있어서 커튼을 열어놓을 수 없었고 리뉴얼을 하였으나 좁은 욕실과 화장실은 리뉴얼이 안되 있어서 깨끗하지 로비도 작고 부대시설은 전혀 없었으며 간단한 커피제공만 가능했음 위치는 지하철 1호선 역이 1분거리에 있어서 이동이 편리한 편이였으며 주변은 레스토랑과 수퍼가 있어서 나쁘지 않았던편 직원들도 그런데로 친절하고 대응도 잘해주는 편이였으나 개인적인 출장 목적이라면 그런데로 괜찮을 듯 하나 가족여행이나 커플 여행은 다소 불편할 수도 있슴.

スタッフはいつも笑顔でサービスが良く素敵なホテルでした。 ただし、値段が高い。 オーストラリアの物価を考えると仕方ないかと思いますが、日本人の感覚としてみれば、この値段であらばもう少しグレードの高い部屋でも良いかなと思ったりもします。 平均から見れば良いホテルでした。
