朝食の際、ウェイトレスのアンバーさんから素晴らしいサービスを受けました！私が宿泊したスイートは完璧で、驚くほど広く、とても快適でした。そして、チェックインを担当してくれたハンナさんは、とても共感的で親しみやすいプロフェッショナルでした！この二人の女性は本当に素晴らしいおもてなしをしてくれました！全体的に、私の滞在はとてもリフレッシュでき、約4年ぶりに故郷に戻ってきた際の素晴らしい歓迎でした！戻ってこられて本当に嬉しかったです！

私たちのトイレは初日から壊れていました。滞在中毎日（とても丁寧に）修理をお願いしましたが、彼らは「すぐに誰かが来ます」と言い続け、私たちはそのまま出かけました。毎晩戻ると、トイレは修理されていませんでした。私たちは5日間/4泊滞在しましたが、トイレがありませんでした。ロビーに行って彼らの施設を使わなければなりませんでした。 こんなに重要なトイレを修理できないなら、別の部屋に移してもらうべきでした。 また、部屋の湿度（エアコンが稼働しているのに）で、すべてが湿っていました。ソファ、ベッドシーツや枕、カーペットが湿っていました。 この場所はリモデルが緊急に必要なようです。 ただ、立地は良いです。

We only stayed one night, but upon arrival was notified that they were shutting the pool at 10pm for 3 weeks. When I seemed disappointed one of the woman were pretty rude about it. I would have never booked here if I knew we weren't going to have use of the pool. Also our room was infested with sugar ants, the bathroom was not clean with old soap in the shower and roaches at night when turning on the bathroom light. I would never return to this location.

The two bedroom unit (3 beds total) was perfect for our girls getaway. The sitting area and balcony (with ocean view) provided extra space. There are many good restaurants nearby (the hotel offers breakfast/lunch) so the kitchenette is all you need during your stay. Staff is very accommodating and welcoming!

The hotel is dated but very clean, great views, comfortable beds. The walls are thin so it was quite noisy the next morning, mainly because of the cleaning staff. The onsite food is limited and not vegan friendly. The beach access is very close and we really enjoyed our stay.

We received a great 2 bedroom suite. The room is great and with the hotel being located right on the beach it is an awesome deal.

Would definitely stay here again. My room was very big and I loved the balcony looking out to the ocean. Very clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. They followed all Covid Rules and regulations.
