場所が良く、スタッフは親切でした。施設は清潔ですが、タオルは洗濯されているようでしたが、あちこちがひどく黄色く染まっていて、ちょっと気になりました。朝食はとてもシンプルでした。

私たちはこのホテルで2部屋をagodaで予約しました。ブランドのウェブサイトの料金よりも安かったからです。私たちは両部屋の料金を前払いしました。チェックインの際、スタッフは2室目の前払いカードが拒否されたため、1室しかチェックインできないと言いました。バーチャルカードが拒否された場合、スタッフは3者サイトに電話して問題を解決すべきですが、スタッフは私たちにカスタマーサービスに電話させたがりました。彼は問題を解決しようとする興味を示さず、3者サイトの担当者が彼の時間を無駄にしていると愚痴をこぼしてばかりでした。最終的にチェックインはしてくれましたが、全額支払いが受領されていないと言い、差額を私の個人カードに請求しました。朝、マネージャーと話したところ、彼もagodaと直接話して問題を解決しようとはせず、代わりに私たちにagodaに連絡して問題を解決するように言い、agodaからの支払いを受け取ったら、私に個人的に請求された金額を返金すると言いました。今まで6日が経ちますが、ホテルはまだagodaとの問題を解決していません。私もホテルで働いたことがあり、時々バーチャルカードが機能しないことは分かりますが、カスタマーサービスに電話すれば、ゲストのために新しいカードを発行してくれることが多いです。もしホテルがagodaや他の3者サイトを嫌っているなら、そこで部屋を売るのはなぜでしょうか。また、ihg.comに苦情を入れましたが、72時間以上経っても何も返事がありません。部屋についてですが、部屋はまあまあでしたが、もう少し掃除ができていたらよかったです。ほこりがあり、バスルームの床や tub に髪の毛がありました。子供たちは朝食を楽しみました。

We checked in on 2/4/21 and checked out on 2/5/21. We were charged $50 for incidentals that we have not received back yet. It is 2/17/21 and had to start a dispute with our credit card company to get our credit back since there was no damage to the room when we left.

We were disappointed. My son had a severe allergic reaction to something in the room. The television had audio but no picture. When I told the gal at the front desk about the tv, her response was "Oh, o.k.". No assistance or compensation. The last straw, breakfast was set up 30 minutes late making it unavailable to several guests.

I stay here few times and majority I will keep stay here is the location is close to all my friends in Naperville and also clean enough to me. However, this time the cost is increasing a lot compare last year.

this is t he good hotel i say all the time when i visit chicago as it is close to the outlet mall and also close to my customers and also naperville downtown.

This is the quiet and clean hotel that is close to the premium outlet and also you can have relax feeling when you visit the naperville downtown. It also only 30 mins take the train from naperville to chicago downtown.

“スタッフがフレンドリーな素晴らしいホテル”
全体として、私たちの滞在は素晴らしかったです！スタッフはとても親切で助けてくれました。立地も完璧でした。私たちはダウンタウンから離れた場所に滞在したかったのです。小さな問題はありましたが、毛布に黄色いシミがあり、トイレの便器にはまだ便が残っていました。それ以外は、すべて完璧でした。
