Room was adequate, I booked the room for almost $600 so my (3) special needs little girls could go swimming before school started. My girls have an ESA poodle which accompanied us the agoda website stated the hotel allowed pets since an ESA doesn’t hold the same qualifications as a service dog. However from day 1 our keycards kept needing reprogramming, the third day we took the girls to the Pyramid and we came back for the girls to go swimming our cards would not open our room, we had been locked out and told the only way they would let us into the room was to pay an additional $300. The staff repeatedly stated they did not allow pets, I told him the site said they do after a back and forth with him telling me to prove it, when I pulled up the site he refused to look or discuss it. Needless to say we didn’t have it, it took months just to get the money spent already. We had to leave the property immediately only to find out the manager had concocted some lie just to force us out.

“LIMITED CHOICES IN AREA”
There are not a lot of decent hotels in the area. This one was recommended by a local as safe. Room was out dated, shower was moldy, shower door was broken, walls were thin……could hear everything in adjacent room. Would not stay here again.
