私たちは3泊しました。部屋は非常に清潔でした。スタッフは非常に友好的で親切でした。朝食はとても良かったです。新しいコーヒーメーカーは非常に速くて便利でした。

The ONLY con was the water had so much bleach in it you could smell it. When you walk into a hotel you want to smell something nice and between the pool and the rooms everything smelled of bleach. Everything that I have read has said that if the chlorine is at a proper ratio you can’t smell it
Thank you for staying with us Pamela and for taking the time to post about your experience with us. I am so sorry about the chlorine smell in the water from the Village of Lake Zurich. They assure me that it is necessary and safe for us and our guests. We use salt to disinfect our pool so there is no bleach in the water in pool. I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer travels and come back and stay with us again if you're in the neighborhood. Tony

Rooms were clean and comfortable, decent location, breakfast was very good

Facilities OK but would be better if food was available, outside breakfast, at the hotel. Out of town visitors without a hire car may struggle

Hotel not bad at all but no room service or restaurant facilities. If a 'decent' meal is required then a car drive will be necessary. Not great especially if you do not have a hire car - luckily i did.
Adrian, I'm so sorry that there were not too many choices for dining when you stayed with us. There are now more than 10 restaurants and dining facilities within walking distance from the hotel. I hope you come back and see how the area has changed. Tony

“一夜の緊急事態”
夜勤のスタッフは非常に失礼で攻撃的でした。しかし、マネージャーは朝に私の苦情を受け取り、ロイヤリティポイントを与えることで補償しました。それでも、スタッフはまだ注意を受け、ゲストに対して敬意を持って接するように訓練される必要があります。
